Can "good head" be taught?

Last night, hubby and I were relaxing together, sipping on a little something. We were on the same page; both of us feeling horny, and when the drinks kicked in we were really charged up and ready to go. I replied to him saying, "I believe it's about desire and a couple tips including what YOU like." After just having good sex and being tipsy, not to mention how late it was getting, I wasn't in the mental place to elaborate, but I want to do so now.
I don't claim to be a sexpert by far. I can only speak from my experiences, relationships, preferences, and conversations I've personally had with others. This is why I LOVE my relationship with my husband. We actually talk to each other! Talk about any and everything.
My point is: communication is key.
In regards to women giving head; communication is key. First of all, you can't expect her to be pumped about something she doesn't want to do. If she doesn't want to give you head, it's probably not going to be good, and you can't "teach" her how to do it better. She doesn't want to be taught. Like I told my follower on Twitter, she has to have the desire. That desire to give you head can be the result of a few different things in differing combinations. She could be extremely attracted to you, just horny as hell and you were the lucky recipient of her lust, she could just like giving head, or respect you so much that she wants to please you in every possible way she can.
I'm going to answer the question right now, based on my personal experience. Yes. I believe a person can be taught how to give good head, but it will not happen overnight. With the desire to want to give you head present, being able to openly communicate with each other is another piece to the puzzle. Learn how to talk to her. Have objective conversations where you allow her into your thoughts. Share with her your preferences, past experiences, techniques that take you over the edge... When you both have open minds, and are receptive to what each other is saying, information will flow freely between the two of you. She will have insight into exactly how you like your dick to be sucked, and she will be equipped with the tools to do the job right.
Mastering a few tips over time like not using teeth, relaxing the back of your throat and continuing to breathe, gaining control over the gag reflex, and keeping the dick wet will help improve her skills. Besides these things, I think it is important to reiterate something I said earlier about respect.
This last point is for you gentlemen. You have to earn the respect of the woman you are expecting to suck your dick. If you have a good woman that you plan on keeping, she has to be able to look at you with admiration, adoration, lust, and most importantly respect in her eyes. Do whatever it is you need to do in certain aspects of your life to gain her respect. With that respect, her desire for you, and her insight into your preferences, the head should be great!
