People ask me everyday all day long how I am doing.  Usually my answer is 'good'.  Because I am a happy person and most days are good.  But like today my answer is 'I am ok'  That is because my stomach is hurting this morning. Then there are the days that I am doing great. Like yesterday because I had  wonderful birthday. So why is it no matter what my answer the reply back is good. Unless I say that I am sick. Then everyone has to give me tons of unwanted advice on how to feel better, which to them usually involves sex. Anyway my point is good is good, ok is not so good, great is great, and sick is sick and no sex is not always the cure and yes I took something for it.

Tim's parents watch the news regularly. In the morning, afternoon, and night. Tim and I normally do not watch it at all. I avoid the news actually and Tim reads yahoo news online and shares very little with me as he knows that I just can't really handle knowing the truth. I say that I prefer to live in my own bubble. Ignorance is bliss? Would much rather watch the Simpson's, Family Guy, or Two and a Half Men. Well, the last 2 days I have sat and watched it and tonight I finally had to walk away and come on here instead. The news scares, depresses, and makes me sad. The world is falling apart as it seems and maybe I am a coward because I cannot handle seeing it before my eyes. It is nothing but one crisis after another. One sad fact after the next. Am I wrong in thinking there is nothing that I can do to make it better so I just do not want to know. I just want to keep living in oblivion. Is this selfish and ignorant of me? I am not sure. All I know that for now I will continue to avoid the news.

Hi Guys, just wanted to let you all know that I am safe at the in-laws in TX, chillin' with a margarita by the lake. Love it here, very relaxing and Tim's parents are awesome. Not to mention the weather is amazing. It was 83 here today. We will be headed back home on Saturday. There are very few movies that make cry. Usually the story line and plot are predictable. Boy meets girl, girl loses boy, boy and girl make up and live happily ever after. Well, The Mist was different, I cried. literally balled my eyes out. A very unpredictable ending. I loved it, cause it was different and not what I expected.
