END of year 09 Tour LAST stops

My travels have taken me all over, and although I have no intentions of stopping ANY time soon - due to the holidays approaching very fast I will be slowing it down quite a bit and returning to a fast paced travel schedule after the new year!  Here is what's left SO far, maybe some minor changes and possible add's depending on that offers arise.
