My Own Recipes.
Most of these will be a low carb but tasty recipe, I recently got diabetes so I had to revamp many things to well, stay alive J . I was put on a diet that seems to work keeping my sugar down and my carbs down, and it isn’t some tasteless crap in a box, its real food. I get carb points, so many per day. 4 points for breakfast, 5 for lunch and 4 for dinner, with 1 point in between each for a snack. Each carb point is equal to 15 carbs. So that’s 225 carbs each day, that astounded me because, well that’s a lot. But eating that many carbs, healthy carbs, actually stops your liver from making its own carbs and u lose weight, cool huh.
My new club sandwich (1 serving or 1 carb point)
2 taco Shells
4 Slices Deli Meat (a little more if its chipped or very thin)
2 Slices cheese
2 Slices Sandwich Pickle
2 Slices Tomato, each cut in half
Onion to taste (some like a lot, others none)
Mayo or Miracle Whip to taste
Lay your deli meat down on your counter or plate, add a slice of cheese on top, then on one side of the meat and cheese and the slice of pickle and your onion. Pick up your taco shell and add your preferred amount of mayo to one side (I prefer a light smear). Flip your taco over so the mayo side is up and lay two of your tomato slices on one side (putting the tomato against the side with no mayo will allow the tomatoes to stay put and not slip out). Then fold your meat and cheese around the pickle and onion so its in a taco shape, then slide it into the taco right above the tomato. Then your ready to repeat with the other taco and enjoy eating. Those two tacos equal 1 carb point so u could actually each 8 of them and still be healthy, but I usually stick with 2 or 4 and finish off my carb points with a glass of milk and a fruit. (a side of cottage cheese is great with this too)
Simple Fish Dish (by itself this is a free carb dish)
Get yourself 4-5oz of thawed fish, any kind will work but my favorites are…
Salmon, Perch, Cod, Mahi-Mahi, Flounder, Whiting, Orange roughy, Snapper, And Halibut.
1/4c Margarine (use butter if your allowed, but diabetes brings high cholesterol so I use margarine)
A good pinch of Dill Weed (about a tsp or so)
A good pinch of parsley Flake (same as dill)
Salt and Pepper to taste
In a 10-12 inch skillet add your butter and spices over medium heat. Let the butter fully melt and brown a bit. When the butter stops bubbling it means u cooked out all the water and u now have clarified butter. Turn the heat up to med-high and add your thawed fish. The fish should cook no more than a few minutes per side. Most fish is bad because of over cooking. After cooking on both side, scoop out the fish and put it on your plate, now its time to eat. (again I usually have cottage cheese, maybe some juice and maybe a little rice with it)
Don’t be afraid to cook real rice (a 1/3c of rice is worth 1 carb point)
Its simple really, in a sauce pan add rice to water in a 1-2 ratio. Meaning if u scoop out a cup of rice, add 2 cups water. Bring the rice to a boil over high heat, then back the heat of to med-low heat and cover, let simmer and steam for 45 minutes WITHOUT stirring or opening the lid. After 45 minutes are up, fluff the rice with a fork and let stand another 5 to dry out jus a bit.
More coming soon, I’m tired…..

Drawing History

How I got into drawing
It started when I was yang and got my first crayon and coloring book. I’m sure every kid had these. I remember laying on the floor coloring on one page and my mom sitting beside my coloring on the other. I remember looking at her page and seeing it was very nice, all the colors where inside the lines, they were highlighted and her picture looked like I thought it should. So I asked how she did it and she explained to me to take my time and not to press to hard on the crayons. Over time this worked and I got pretty good at coloring. This taught me hand control, dexterity and hand to eye coordination.
I lived with my mother and my grandparents, my moms mom and dad. I noticed that my grandmother while on the phone or just sitting around would doodle on notebooks,. I took a good look at there doodles and they were all what I know now, would be considered “tribal designs” they weren’t actual pictures of anything, just cool looking designs. Well I too wanted to be able to do this, so I watched her do it many times and tried doing it myself. Soon I had the hang of it, it seems all I had to do is stop thinking about what I was drawing and just let the pen do the work. This I believe taught me creativity.
My grandfather would be considered a “jack of all trades” he was always over people places helping fix different things, from electrical to plumbing to carpentry. Well in our basement he has a drafting table, its about 6 feet long and 3 wide, and the top of the table tilts in the air. I liked to sit down there with him often and watch him use the table and the many different t-squares, rulers, compasses, and templates, to make architectural drawing. When he wasn’t on the table I would sit at it and mess around, and soon got good at designing simple buildings and structures. This taught me to think ahead, and to plan out what was needed.
Of course art classes through school also helped out a great bit, in grade 6 I was in “advanced art class”. the teachers seemed to think I had talent so I just went with it. Grade 7 was a new school and didn’t offer advanced art, but did offer a clay working art class. I took that and like the rest of my art I became ok at it, was able to make some whistles and a miniature pool table, complete with cue, balls and a “pop” bottle. This I believe taught me 3-d, being able to know what the other side of something looks like without seeing it.
In 11th grade students were offered a chance to be bused to a tech school for half the day for classes. I took this opportunity and went to drafting classes for half the day for 2 years. This class was the most fun out of all my high school classes. I got near to a 4.0 with this class, and drafting on a computer, C.A.D.D. computer aided drafting and design, really brought up my 3-d thought processing and planning.
That’s about all the actual learning art that I’ve had, the rest is just me playing around with a pencil and paper.
duct tape, bubble wrap, and spotted dick.

Squirting, and what it really is.
10:24PM on July 20, 2008
Hello fellow perv and pervetts, i see you found my blog about squirting, so i asume ur freak flags are at least in the half mast curious position. I hope you enjoy the info.
The biggest myth about squirting is that its Pee.
Well it isnt. The liquid that come out when a woman squirts is clear and dose not in any way taste like pee. The liquid itself is the same liquid that forms when a woman gets aroused, it is a womans way of moistining herself so when she has sex it wont hurt. the actual squirt is an aboundance of this liquid comming out at once.
If your a woman and you didnt know what squirting was or if u did it and became afraid that something was wrong. Please be assured its natural, and your should not be concerned or embarassed it happened. Its just something that was never discussed in sex-ed.
The other myth about squirting is that only some women can do it.
This too is faulse, all women have the potential to squirt, to some women it come naturally, but to others they may have to learn alittle tecneque. Most women can reach this squirting "mode" through g-spot stimuation (the g-spot is inside the womans puss about 2 inches in up behind the clit). other woman can come upon this squirt "mode" by plain vaginal or clitoral stimulation.
If your reading this and ur a woman then here is alil of how to "train" youself to be able to squirt.
Every woman can squirt easyer and better if they strenghten their cagel muscles. to do this you must contract ur puss like u were taking a pee and cut if off in mid stream. do this 20-30 times a day or like when ever u get a phone call or ur doing dishes or laundry. Also when ur about to have an orgasim, hold back on it as long as possible, it may feel like u have to pee, but u wont, once u cany hold back any longer, let er flow. that too will help you.
ok im done, i hope u enjoyed my first blob and that maybe this was informative to some

Thank you for posting this. There are so many misconceptions about squirting. Even when I first started doing it I was afraid I was peeing but now I know that is definitely not the case. Especially since I make sure to use the restroom before. For me it gives the orgasm a release like I didn't have before I started squirting and I feel more satisfied but I know every woman is different. The orgasms themselves are not more intense, just more satisfying if that makes sense.

I can contract my pussy, I do this a LOT when I fuck. However, I still can not squirt on command. I am trying. I have squirted, before.
It's good for men to remember that some women come damn hard, without squirting. |
