a young boy was attacked and killed by a shark yesterday,his brave mate swam over to drag him out of the water,but the wounds were fatal and he passed away on the shore....now the reason im writing this is .....he was only there at that time ,on that day was because there was a fucking teachers strike.it just made me sad to think ,this boy would still be around to surf again if he had been at school.im not blaming anyone ...but terrible coincedences just give me the shits,,,,sorry to share such sad news ,but i just needed to vent...please stay safe love,mrbear

a few weeks ago i thought it was time to cowboy the fuck up as they sayand stop taking my anti depressants.well for the first week there was no drama ,things felt okay,then the second week i started to feel emotions again,but strong i would cry at something sad and nearly piss myself at something funny'.but this week it all went  to shit ,little things beyond my control would drive me mad,and although i could do nothing to change them i was still inconsolable.then he came back.that fucking black dog.this time he bit me hard .i was her on rude thinking how to say goodbye and at the same time plannjing my obituary,but then a friend in here  started to have a chat with me ,it was really nice just to talk with her ,and i thuoght everyone has problems they cant control.so i just want to say im back on my medication and feeling great again,i guess i wouldnt make a good cowboy after all.love all of you here.and thanks luv.mrbear
