Please make sure of the following...
- using Internet Explorer or Firefox
- have Javascript enabled
- have the latest version of the FREE Flash Player installed on your computer. You can get it here: http://www.adobe.com/go/getflashplayer/
After installing the Flash player, you should restart your browser by closing all your browser windows.
Please verify the version of the player you have installed, by going to this link:
http://www.adobe.com/software/flash/about/
If you still cannot view videos or picture galleries there may be problems with the verison installed due to recent enhancements.
Try uninstalling and reinstalling the Flash player.
To uninstall the Flash Player, simply download and run the appropriate uninstaller for your system using the steps below.
Download the Adobe Flash Player uninstaller:
Windows: uninstall_flash_player.exe (246K) (updated 12/06/06)
http://download.macromedia.com/pub/flashplayer/current/uninstall_flash_player.exe
Note: If you have a Windows Flash Player uninstaller downloaded prior to November 14, 2006 on your desktop, then please delete it and download the latest version.
Mac OS X: uninstall_flash_player_osx.dmg (278K) (updated 11/14/06)
http://download.macromedia.com/pub/flashplayer/installers/8/uninstall_flash_player_osx.dmg
Mac OS 8.x, 9.x: uninstall_flash_player.hqx (33K)
http://download.macromedia.com/pub/flash/ts/uninstall_flash_player.hqx
Save the file to your system, choosing a location where you can find it (for example, your desktop). Macintosh users may need to open or unstuff the hqx file.
Quit ALL running applications, including all Internet Explorer or other browser windows, AOL Instant Messenger, Yahoo Messenger, MSN Messenger, or other Messengers. Check the Windows system tray carefully to make certain no applications which might possibly use Flash Player are still in memory.
Run the uninstaller. This will remove Adobe Flash Player from all browsers on the system.
Note: The uninstaller cannot remove files currently in use.
If you have any instances of the player open in your web browsers, instant messaging clients, stand-alone SWFs, or projectors, then the uninstaller will complete but some files may not be deleted. If this occurs, then close all of your applications and run the uninstaller again to ensure that all files are removed.
After you have successfully unistalled flash player please make sure to reinstall it with the link below.

This should solve your problem but if not please open a support ticket so we can troubleshoot this for you further. Be sure to include the flash player version, your browser version, and operating system version in your support ticket.
