No they do not take any percentage of the shipping, just of the actual merchandise.

I'm gonna be quite honest about this, but I don't think unless going out to the gay community, that you will have many buyers for your used boxers. Besides, unless they are really special things like valentines day or Christmas, who is going to buy a gift of boxers off the rude store to send someone? *shrug*
Just not much of a market for used mens boxers.
