i made an order from a rude store. The owner sent me an email and said it would be two wks b4 she can send it, i said okay, now a month goes by and i havent heard anything from her i sent her an email she said it would be another 3wks b4 she can send it, and said that she could cancel the order for me and refund my chips, i asked her to cancel the order and she didnt, i again emailed her, and i told her that if i didnt get any feedback i was taking this matter to rude admin, the very nxt day i get an email sayin that my order has been shipped. i get the package in the mail a couple of days later i open it and i am very disatified with it. When i ordered it i knew that it had a defect which was it didnt stand up correctly i was fine with that, but she sent just the camera the back piece and instruction manual, no usb cable or nothing that the pamphlet said would be in the box...i emailed her back and asked her about the usb cable? i still havent gotten an email back, i asked for an return address still no email back, i am VERY disatisfied and i want to know what can i do because i want my chips back and i want to send it back to her, she isnt returning any emails...what can i do?

they will help you.. also.. the item might not be refundalble ..but emailing them will deffently help..you should've posted the username so other know not to buy from her...good luck..

how do we know if the products ordered are in good shape or not is there a refund policy or are all sales final

on the item page they usally have the return policy on it after the shipping maybe?... the only way you know for sure the product quality is great is going thru the "rude store" warehouse... cause everything is for sure un-used.. with others u just gotta take the risk..but ull always be refunded if ur order DOSE NOT ARRIVE..sorry yall have had trouble..
the user will usaly post the refund policy...
