I just wanted to introduce myself and this section of the board, for those who don't know me or the Rude Store.
I'm Toni....your neighborhood friendly Official Rude Store Manager.
I handle any all orders that come into the Official Rude Store, I also oversee the Producer stores by keeping an eye on the orders coming in and out of their stores.
The goal of this form is to address any store issues and feature new items that I will be adding to the Official Rude Store.
I hope that you enjoy the new form!

ok this is my qiestion i had 2 orders come in and one order has my address right but the other order says that my order was going to detroit but i gave them the tracking number and it comes up a different address.

Can you message me with the order numbers? And I'll see what I can find out.
I won't be surprise if the wrong tracking number was put into your order when it was set to ship.
I'm assuming that they were gifts since I see no store purchases in your history.

Hello Toni,
I want to open up a Rude store and I have several questions.I will spare you and ask only one this time.LOL. How do I set up my store? When I tried it seems as if I have to add each item in separately. Is that the procedure?There were alot of things to fill out like choosing colors, sizes and with some items I believe I saw wgt. Bottom line help me!!!!

yes.. you add each item individually.. if you have more than one item that is the same.. you click all options you have with you... ie.. you have 3 thongs that are yellow, blue and red.. you would create one.. then click on each color you offer.. when you sell them all.. you just delete it from your store
what else you need help with?

Thanx Toni,.. and I love the idea of a RudeStire Section. I have placed several orders thru the Rude Store and I have never had any problems. I have always gotten my items when they were scheduled and I look forward to many more happy shopping experiences. Thnx again and again for such great customer service. And also to the various store owners that have sent me emails to let me know that my items where on their way. Thanx again. :d
