I'm trying to put up some new listings in my store. When I try to upload a pic it says something along the lines of.....Your download was unsuccessful because of the following reason.....but, it doesn't give me a reason. So I don't know why it isn't working. Can you please give me some advice. Thanks!

I tried sending an email to store@rude.com but it said the address was invalid. Crying or Very sad

Dnt feel bad i have been getting that same error on sum items. I have tired croppin gthe picture and changing formats but it is truly a rude server issue. You are not doing anything wrong. I waited a few days and my pictures uploaded just fine.
