There is a proposal (in the UK) to introduce a dog licence - ÂŁ500 FFS.
The reasoning is that it will make dog owners responsible.. WHAT THE FUCK ARE THEY ON ABOUT!!
So I will have to pay the cash for my stupid dog and 11 will have to pay for his.... WHY?
I’ll tell you why because it is a Stealth tax – that’s it!
A fucking moron that hasn’t a clue how to look after a dog will not be affected because they will not bother to buy the licence – just cunts like me.

yeah its all about the taxes and they know people are dog lovers... here they want to tax you each year like $50 if you don't neuter or spay your dog... so an intact dog cost you big bucks over its life time... now it is a feel good tax... to cut down on the mutts running around - so they don't fill the shelters and some are not - "no kill" shelters... sure its a feel good law... again only responsible owners with the money would even pay it... cuz you know the fine (another hidden tax) will be triple the fee... so what will happen here??"that dog? no its not mine" hell its hard enough to get them the required shots... you think average joe will pay the extra to get'em cut, and the shots, and the license... and.... naw... "that dog... no it's not mine"

Thank god they haven't made it a law yet that animals have to wear clothing...if they ever do..it will cost more to raise an animal than it does to raise a child..seriously..shots flea and heartworm medication..yearly shots and exams..shampoos and cuts..ears and glands cleaned..teeth checked..stool exams..nails clipped..oh yeah..and then there is food..but the little fucker is always glad to see me when I come home, and never bitches or moans..and sleeps next to me every night..what else could you ask for in a friend..?

You nailed it right there mate!
Old “shit for brains” has cost us a fortune over the last few months and will continue to do so but fuck it we love her and that’s it.
Paying ÂŁ500 is not going to make me love her more, make her any safer or make her health better.
What it is going to do is discourage responsible people buying a dog!

Well in some places, you have to pay insurance for your dog if he's one of the "dangerous" breeds. Like I always say, it isn't the dog that is mean, it's the person who trained the dog. And you have to pay a steeper fee JUST to own certain breeds....

speaking of insurance, thats a big market now ...Animal health care... They seem to be able to do everything that they can for humans for pets now... so now the question is...
