hey all its me again
i was in support chat earlier and got disconnected and couldn't reconnect.
i deleted all my cookies and temporary Internet files and i got back in.
but i was in a live group show and the same thing happened but now no matter what i do i cant get into and show, house or into the support chat as i asked for me to enter a name in a box at the bottom of the screen so i do so and hit connect, yet nothing happens.
i need help
please

nope we rebooted about 5 times still on spirit's account but that still didn't have any effect

sometimes when that happens I disable my flash and then re-enable it and that seems to fix it.. try that

That shouldn't make any difference in this case if they are both on the same comp as stated and the same browser though.

FYI, Adobe has upgraded there Flash so try and uninstall the old flash and reinstall the new update.
I am not sure that is the problem. But I know I had issues on cpu this last week because of the Adobe upgrade.
