Why is there a daily tip limit?

How do I deal with someone who I find out, or claims is under age?<
Send a Rude Mail to RUDEKENNY and or www.rude.com/rudelake'>Rudelake containing all the information, include time etc in case he needs to check into chat logs. Rude has a ZERO tolerance policy on minors using the site in anyway. You may also contact Kenny at rude.com">forum@rude.com and lake@rude.com just to make sure they have gotten the info.

Why is there limits on how many chips I can buy?
To fight against illegal charge backs Rude has implemented a system that allows you to try out the site rather than spending more than you can afford right away. (from the chip purchase page) For your security we only allow you to purchase once every 24 hours. Your credit limit (below) will increase as time goes on and more purchases are made.

NO, they just disappear from your profile area (Where you sell them) Your previous customers can still watch them.

How do I change my payment information?
Two Steps, DO BOTH, Visit http://www.rude.com/main/producer/step_two/method/edit/ THEN send a mail from an outside source (e-mail) to Toni at rude.com">store@rude.com so that she knows about the change. She does not get automatically notified to go in and pull out the change. So make sure you do both steps above.

How do I change my content filter
Click the wrench at the top of your screen to get to your control panel. Scroll down looking on your left hand side until you get to My Rude Settings. Look for the words content filter and change it to the proper settings.

Why are my videos being deleted?
If you are NOT a producer you are limited to keeping your videos under 3 minutes. Also, no watermarks may appear anywhere in the video. Non-Producers videos are removed every six months. So if you plan to make a lot of videos to share with the community, producer status is the way to go.

Is there a charge for becoming a producer?
There is no charge, however if you have chips Rude will take half of them. They do this because you are now able to cash out your chips.

How do I cash out?
You must be a producer. After you have earned $100.00 you may start to cash out in $50.00 increments. The $100.00 must stay in your account at all times. SO, if you have $250.00 you can cash out $150.00 Payouts must be requested by 11:59 PM EST on the 14th and the last day of the month 30/31. Late payment requests will be processed on the next payout period. For Payout Method See HERE

I cannot get videos to play, see live cams, etc?
Make sure your flash is current, your browser is current, try emptying your cache and/or restarting your computer. Most issues are not because of Rude.com but rather your personal settings. If you have attempted everything and flash works fine elsewhere, try making sure you do not have to many things open.

I ordered a toon and have not gotten it. What do I do?
It is rare that a toon takes very long. But remember, the artists do take days off, and can get a little backed up. Give them time. If you have not gotten it within five days put in a support ticket.

What is the difference between VIP and being a producer?
Producers are just that, they are the ones who put on shows, have live houses, share longer videos and produce the content they share. To become a producer follow the steps on your page.
VIP's get all paid access into all shows, voyeur cams, sex search, and much much more. VIP's are NOT automatic when you become a producer. From time to time Rude DOES GIVE OUT FREE Vip's just see the contest board for more information OR OTHER current promotions.

I just want to add a grumble.
If you move and you receive your payout by check, FORWARD your mail by submitting an Address Change with the Post Office.
It does not take much to do it at the post office (it is a simple card to fill out) or do it online (usps.com : go to all product and services)
I know it isn't hard, because I have spent my life moving around.....so I don't get it when other people can not seem to do something that is so simple and, to me, so obvious when you are moving.
Letters/checks are forward for up to 2 years from the post office.
I get lots of people who ask where their check is at, when they didn't change their info and they didn't contact me. So I have to pester the bank with constant stop payments so I can reissue the checks to the new address.
So people, even if it is moving next door.....submit a change of address at the Post Office, it takes less then 5min to fill out and it will help you catch things that you have forgotten change since it will be forward to you and it will serve as a reminder.

This info is for store order also! If you move or have incomplete address on file, and order something from the Rude store or any Producer who has a store, guess what? You won't receive your item! This has happened to me several times when I've shipped, and it causes me expense to ship so PLEASE make sure that your address, which is hidden when you specifiy it to be, is complete and correct!
