Hi my name is Felisha/ JamaicaLovin46. I have been trying for 2 weeks to record this comformation of my 2 forms of i.d. well its not recording. I have tried numerous times and have had no luck. Is there a way I can record it from my phone and send it in.

Have you tried with a different browser - sometimes it works better with a different one. If you are still having problems Im sure Toni will come along with what you need to do

I had the same problem and submitted it without the vid, when I was sent back a mail it directed me to a link where it did work...try that...or put in a support ticket and they will help you http://rude.com/main/support/tickets/

You need to try using a different browser as instructed in the mail to you. and also make sure your flash is current!
