hey im haveing trouble uploading my vids im a vip so i can have up to 10 min but it always says its too big to upload and its frustrating. so i have to go back and edit untill my vid is 6 mins then it will let me load it. but then right now im trying to upload another one that is only 5 min and 30 sec long and its saying it too big to load. so please can you help me i dont know what else to do

check the file size too and that its the right format.Sometimes using a different browser helps too. If you still have a problem put in a support ticket
