we used to have a feature here on rude where you could thank a mod ... it was used often as a way for us producers to transfer chips from 1 account to the next ... and it was quite awesome .. apparently some people used this feature but then when they recieved chargebacks there was not enough funds in the account to cover the chargebakcs .....alot of changes were made and the thanka mod feature was deleted and then you had an option to merge your pages into 1 account .....that was ok to but it was better to see seperately how much money each page would generate ... I would love to see that feature return ... and if a person transfers chips from 1 account to the next and has chargebacks the other account can cover the chargebacks with the hold back in that account ..... i miss that feature...

you don't have to merge accounts but you can if you want - and there are benefits to merging accounts. But if you want to see separate accounting for separate accounts - Just keep them separate.

Seems features get changed when people abuse them for reasons other than intended... I believe that people have tip ability on their pages - thank a mod - tip their page (abuse this feature - many producers would be upset - i'm not sure, but abusing the Page tip feature might even get your account closed because I believe they monitor it pretty well)

- sometimes the KISS principle works best - and the system seems to work fine - right now - just as it is - imo ;-}

Don't think it will be changed back to tip below hold back - because there is a valid reason to have the hold back - and that hold back level is just the new zero level - tare out the scales in your mind and look at it that way... no big deal ;-} imo ;-}

Sadly due to the few the majority always suffer its a fact of life not just on Rude but every where so yes the thanks a mod option is still there but the chargebacks have put some restrictions on it.
