id like to see the IM's boxes work more efficiently .. it seems faulty in several different ways..

don't think people really use it - it annoys most and the app bar just gets in the way on my Mobile devices - so I don't even use that at all ;-}

annoys me because it pops up in front of the house/show chat and blocks the chat- I turned mine off a long time ago
