So many people ask for help on the support board and most of the time its questions that can be found in the knowledge base and the FAQ which is posted at the top of the board.

I think it would be more noticeable and more helpful to have it on the tool bar at the top of the page where the Home Live Videos Pics etc are located. This may cut down on the number of people asking on the boards for questions and links that can already be found in the KB or FAQ

I hear what your saying Chesty but even with the big "Rude Help" Icon that has the link to the database whithin it people still ask the same questions over and over...some people are just lazy and won't look at what's in front of them no matter how hard you try to help

I hear you and yes they probably would but having it in the tool bar instead of on a thread or in a chat may help

good idea chesty and true Draco - Help/KB does need to be part of a drop down menu maybe add it to the Home choices b4 logout; and give it a submenu to find the most important/ most asked about stuff - and it's something that actually should be on a producers page in a only you see this section too that way people can't say they didn't know cuz they couldn't find the up-to-date rules;-}with help stuff redundancy is a good thing ;-} even if its on your page/control panel/ drop down menu/ Help Icon - with help any way you can find it - the better -} just an additional thought ;-}
