1 Do you get paid for it or some kind of prize?
2 do you get a real print out of this

You do not get paid ,although you do get a link to your page listed in the magazine.
Although if you are chosen for the cover , you do get entered into the Rudemate of the year contest where there are prizes I believe....
The magazine is not available in print it is a net only publication
