Once again I am encouraging our membership to consider contributing a toy or money to the Toys for Tots program.
Many groups, families, and employees participate in a "Secret Santa" gift exchange. Most of us all ready have more stuff laying around the house than we ever use or need. So rather than spending money to buy something for someone who already has more than enough stuff, perhaps we can spend a few dollars for someone who does have a need.
With the economy as it is these days there are a lot of children whose parents are struggling to keep a roof over their children's heads. There is not a lot of money left over for extras. Toys for Tots is a way in which we can help those kids have a happy Christmas.

I support this thread a 100%!! It is a good feeling you have about yourself when you do something for those that are less fortunate than you are, please help a child have a Christmas gift from Santa!! You can also go to your local hospital or any church to get info of a family in need
Please Support this thread to make a difference in a childs Christmas!

I have done so for years  Many of us have so much and you can make some child's Christmas for them. I remember the gleam in the eye of my children on Christmas morning when they opened their gifts. And they never had to do without, just think of the happiness you can give a child who normally has to do without!
