One of your members is using a video with me in it without my consent, im not stupid or naive. i want it down or somebody getting sued i reported the video already.

At the bottom of every page on Rude is a DMCA link. Click it and provide all the required information. Rude can not act until you do that.
BTW, reporting a video only puts it into line for review. Reviewers take a look for site rule violations and illegal content. If none of that is found, the video approved.

Well if that video is approved one im going to hire a lawyer i didnt give anyone the right to film or put my likeness on the internet so even if it does pass your standards its illegal

Just follow the instructions we gave you and it will be gone ASAP. It's that simple. But until you do that Rude can not and will not remove it. Posting on the board is not going to get the vid removed.

its not that it is not a violation you must request it be removed by the DMCA as it is everywhere on the web... I'd list where you found it on the site in question and fully document it is you and the reason you see it as a violation - just because you are in it - if you signed away your rights by contract - might not allow you to get it removed - luckily I don't have to figure it out - someone else will - but no one said you were stupid or naive... but i guess you did get nude on cam at some point and well ;-} it is the age of instant posting to the web by a cell phone even... So it is a process you must do to verify and remove some thing... it is what it is in today's world ;-} Good Luck and work your way thru it - it will get removed faster that way... just a few thoughts from 1 rudie to another ;-}

I viewed the video you reported. There does not appear to be any copyright issues here. Did you provide the producer with your 2257 information? If so, the producer can probably do what her or she wants do do with it.

Sun pointed out a possible quick and easy solution... discuss it with the producer who uploaded it...
I know I was given right to upload some content from a site to use as promos... I gave notice to each person whose content I liked to include... I did not have to but I thought it was right to do... 1 or 2 stated they didn't want to be involved - I removed their selections...
Maybe even if the producer who uploaded the content with you on it has the rights to do so... they might remove it - if you just ask nicely - threatening a law suit might not be the best approach - esp. if it was a vid you signed off on or got paid for - if that is the case - you may be sol.... lawyer or not... all spec here but sometimes just asking nicely goes a long way ;-} just another thought ;-}

If i gave them confirmation to use my likeness i would not be harassing you, i sent a message to legal@rude.com yet yall do nothin. i read the dmca... i reported the video... at a certain point im not gonna ask any more you will just see me in court. how can you tell i didnt give confirmation from watching a video all you can tell is there is nobody underage in it. but not once was i asked or informed i was being recorded and you allowed them to put this on ya site either you delete that one video or see me in court plain and simple

Okay so you have READ the DCMA.... but did you FILE one? And these things also take time to investigate no matter if you like it or not. And just for your own info you will NOT win in Court if you have not done your due dilligance in having it taken down on your own...
I have had to file a DCMA before and it took a little over a month for the offending material to be removed. (not on this site but on another)... I have also had people ask to use my material for promo... some I allowed and some I did not... but I did not file a DCMA first... I asked them to remove it (and no it wasnt watchit...lol)... being nice gets you what you want and need a lot more then being nasty does. Just saying...
