not sure if it's ok to post here or not but gonna try.I need to talk with someone from the Netherlands for my niece.It's something legal lol.She married a guy from there & has been living here in the states but the law sent him back when she pressed charges on him for stealing money out of her acct to buy pills with now he is harrassing her & her kids,not his,hacking into all their online accts & more.she wants to know what she can & should do.She has filed for divorce,but wants to put a stop to all the harrassment & stealing.Rudemail me if u have any info..Thank you

Just found out he was also sent back cause she called the law on him after he hit her & that she can't file divorce for 1 yr in NC

I don't know about there - but change everything here... guess they r not his kids... move - new phone.. file for annulment maybe... file for a restraining order... and start a new life... all over -- cut all ties... guess that is all you can do?

no he married her knowing she had 3 kids.she has changed her phone # & the bank is sending her new debit cards with a new acct # he is harrassing her by hacking into her & the kids online accts like fb & her emails.Also calling her job.She doesn't wanna give up her job as she is making good money.She is trying to get him out of her life.

I would think hacking internationally is a crime and that she should contact the FBI...Sorry to say though - she picked him and she will have to do what she can to get out of this - thing is she has to aggressively take charge and bite back - till to him its not worth it... cuz with crazies time is on their side - unless they get it out of their system and think it is not worth it... sometimes any attention feeds them... even negative attention... fine line as to what to do here...just brain storming it a bit.. if rational niceness does not work... if aggressive fighting back does not work... then you need to get lost in the masses - no more online for a while - you might need to switch jobs or positions or locations... Its a tough situation and all I can say is stay strong and determined and empower yourself to handle whatever comes and I hope for the best ;-} It is a tough situation to go thru when it gets that out of wack...
