I'm only guessing here but seeing as you have a Couples profile It's likely that you got the free VIP as Women do when they become a producer...... which is free for the life of your account.

The $30 refers to the monthly cost of being a VIP , so for having it for free Rude in reality gives you $30 a month that you would have spent on the VIP
