betterthenapeach, it is really easy. make sure that your page meets the requirements (bio up to date, no content on there that is not yours, etc.) then create a new topic in the contest forum with your request.
here are a couple of links (will have to copy and paste) that should help.

the judges pick a winner every day; if you don't win KEEP TRYING... do not give up.
the free vip is a great deal. take some time to make your page as nice as you can, then get in there and give it a shot. Good luck!

GREETINGs RUDELiNGS-> slangndick here, more than a FeW buddies have either recently sent me emails or comments suggesting i post for this contest, and of course i am flattered and would like to do so. I am pretty active on RUDE, i share alot of original work and leave comments and rate in turn to as many others as (now) i possibly can. I feel i would only be more of an asset to the site in general if i had more access to do as i already do...

Hows It Going , I Have Been On Rude For Awhile Now And I Have Done Alot With My Page,All My Bio Is Up To Date . I Rate And Comment On As Many Pic's And Videos As I Can At This Level . I Would Love A VIP So I Could Do A Lot More On Here Like Setting Up My Own Private Shows. I Feel An Irish Man Would Be A Great Asset To Rude Thank You
