must have 2 forms in some fashion or manner... one has to be photo and they both have to be up to date. It's for the law of the 2257 compliance notice.

They work things out as long as you have 1 with photo. SS card, birth certificate ect work for the 2nd. GL!

It has always been 2 forms of ID one of which must be picture and the other either a SS card or BC , this is also the same format for any Model release as that is what you are creating when you sign up for Producer...any Photographer will tell you that , and if your going to have someone else in your content with you it is in your best interest to have them fill out a mosel release that is 2257 compliant
