clit's right... techically this one is answered most times with 'the wind' but that isn't right either because wind also has volume and can be a whole lot bigger then an elephant.

It ISN'T the wind and it's been talked about time and time and time again. The 'wind' has no size. It can not be contained unless in a container so unless the container is the shape and size of the elephant, it is NOT the wind.
The 100% correct answer is the shadow... clit is right. I did these riddles that you've posted so far for quite a number of my younger years.
