|Rude is a very large site with many things to do. It is only natural that you might end up needing help along the way. When you need answers, there are many different places to find what you are looking for.
To start, there is our Knowledgebase. We have taken all of the most asked questions and included them along with detailed answers. This should be your first visit for answers. The producers handbook is also located here, which contains vital information for all producers: http://rude.com/main/support/kb

Following that, if the question you have does not contain sensitive information please feel free to ask the community by creating a new thread on our support forum here:

**Do NOT do this if you are not willing to respond to the ticket. We get lots of tickets asking for help or complaining about a tech issue, yet when we ask for more info....ping/trace, speed test, url or more info to clarify, many don't respond or get upset with the questions. This is site is HUGE, our techs are good, but without that info, they can NOT track down an issue and help.
