Come on now. You want people to visit rude, hold events then keep messing with the rules during the event. That isn't going to keep people coming back. Was at the opening of %^$$% tonite, what a crock and joke. Was a progressive jackpot, the crowd was asked if cash out or another task. 3 quarters of the crowd said cash out, yet the tasks kept coming. Other things were offered and didn't see anything from that either, and more then likely won't.

I have no idea what you are saying? Rude does not sponsor events and is not responsible for what is at events.
And honestly I don't understand a word you are saying and considering you sign on with new account to just bash on a event that may have happened makes me wonder.
What the truth is?

rude doesn't do events like the beach tour? or the reopening of No names tonite? or even events in outlaws?

We don't sponsor any of those events. If it was a Rude.com event then you would have seen a sticky post on boards.
We allow are members to promote there event but we are not the ones putting on the event.
And lets not use members names. also if you feel there is an issue you can contact myself or Kenny on external mail with any complaints or isses lake@rude.com or kenny forum@rude.com
But lets not use the boards for personal issues.

Isn't a personal issue. do you think Shane would be happy to know his events team was involved during these events, and pretty much made rude look bad? There are better ways to pull people into rude,without using the tactics i have seen. Such as offering up things to pull people in and not following thru with what was offered. Personally I don't think he would be happy to know any of this. Rude has been hurting for a long time now to pull people in, and things like these will only push them away. And yes i can personally say there were several very unhappy people there at jokers last nite.

From what I have seen on the thread.. I have no idea what you are talking about either. Do you have a link you could share in the hope of clueing us in? I havent seen any such event at all here.

No offense to anyone, but this sounds like someone who tried to host something for Rude members and no one was interested. If everyone remembers this occurred about a year ago as well.
Of course this is just my opinion on the matter since the originator of the thread refuses to leave details or contact the powers that be.

It is hard to understand, that there is an events team that is hosting events? Where there are progressive jackpots being given? Prize giveaways, with no follow thru? All don e by the events team themselves, which nobody claims is a part of the rude staff. Looks to me like, nobody wants to take the blame, or wants to pass the buck. The people of the entire uitherverse aren't stupid. These things being done, with no follow up whatsoever, to bring people back into all of rude, isn't going to make rude the happening place again. People tend to chase after rays or free outfits, when they become disgusted they won't come back, if it is at all possible to get the picture.

i am checking into this. and awaiting responses from the people who ran this event.
according to people so far, (holyterror) was asked to contact the designer in charge, regarding this problem by the head of events, personally, and also by the design and development manager had a convosation with you that night also.
so please feel free to email with ur complaints n i will try n get the answer u require but i cant do more than they have already told you to do.
