"RudeTV After Hours"
Air Time: late Saturday night/Early Sunday morning(1:00 to 2:00am)
Location: A recording studio in downtown LA
Social structure: One Star, three co-stars and a rotating guest
Personalities: A Dj, a host and the girls of Ruge.com.
Situations: A show with a host interviewing three girls an upcoming issue of Rude Magazine stripping and doing erotic shows to the sounds of a weekly musical guest(the Dj).

Hmmmmm, given a world wide audience, after hours may have to be on 24/7 depending on time zone.

I live in LA and I have been an underground Dj at after hours clubs for the past 15 years so I would have no problem booking any top name local and nonlocal Djs to come and play for free. Also as far as finding a studio location thats is also no problem, the studio is same one that The Crystal Method recorded there Vegas release at. The place has music production studio and a studio for recording Dj sets and radio shows. As far as Rude being 24/7 and LA being PST(pacific standard time), you know if its 1:00am in LA its the next day sometime in Europe I still think the euros will tune in because we would have international Djs on frequently and the euros love electronica.

We have a studio already being outfitted right now. Not far off from being ready to use. I like the idea, although I am sure there are legality issues when coming down to a show based around playing music as its main feature.
We did have initial plans to have an idie music night once a week, to allow unsigned bands to come down and play (with of course lots of hot, half naked chicks..lol) and get some exposure to a large audience - who knows where it might lead.
Best thing to do is get in touch with Wankus@Rude.com he is the creative director and looking for show ideas and talent. So he is the man to pitch.

As all of my spinner DJ's do across the country, If you are mixing your song well enough to change the gist of the tune, I believe you can play that, yet ASCAP has been really ruff on recorded things lately, and on TV... Tuff One...
I would love to have the DJ's do a sampling of some scratch contest, or 10 sec mix up show, maybe like musical chairs with Mixing and Scratching, the winner gets to blow the world famous DJ of the night????

I have a few friends that produce EDM(electronic dance music) and they could put together sets with tracks they've produced, and there is many older yet still relevant tracks that the license has run out on, so there are ways around the whole ASCAP, BMI ect... thing.
