Instead of showing the views of a members page for the last 6 hrs, why not show all the viewers
I just received an udate that I had new viewers but could not see who viewed because was beyond the 6 hr time limit

if it were past the 6 hr limit for some of us, we'd have a page longer then you would want to know. I hate to say this but because you are male, your counts are FAR lower then the females... and quite a bit lower then the females that do lots on this site.
It would be nice if it was a certain 'number' instead of a certain 'time frame' though... that would be nicer I think but just in the same way, people would ask for the hour thing back because if the number exceeded the max number like the hours do now. Does that make sense at all? It's too late for me LOL... I shouldn't be trying to think this hard after midnight

I think it would be nice if it was the last 20 or 30 ppl that have seen your page, but on the flip side it is really nice to know when they were there too seeing the past 6 hours at least says that someone was there recently.

Maybe could do a combination where you show the last 20 visitors and have a timestamp when they visited also

same problem occurs though that I tried to explain with every one of these situations. The limit that is placed there in the first place will some how be gone over as it was in this case and someone will come back asking for something different.
In this case, it was past 6hrs... in the next case if they changed it, it would be someone coming in after 40 people have visited, never knowing who the first 20 were.
I know it doesn't make much sense but if you sit back and think about it a bit you'll realize what I'm trying to say. Not saying there isn't a need for change some how but simply changing the limit to something else will just cause someone else to ask for yet another limit cause they will bypass that new limit as well 
Perhaps an idea to put in a 'grab information' style system would help. Not sure if this is something rude really wants to put the man hours into but like certain sites you can look up hits/stats from this date to this date and get a running list of every hit in that time frame. That way the recent viewers stay on the quick stat page lets call it and if you want a more detailed page, you can search from what day to what day and pull up that information.

It's more than 6 hours because people who have visited early in the day are still there beyond 6 hours. But how long, I can't say.
