guys...i dont see anywhere that he says he spent any of the money. in fact he specifically says "i didnt take no money."
they exchanged his money. gave him too much. and when they "fixed" it he suddenly has no money. so stop jumping down the man's throat.

after watching the trailer for the Goon, i have to wonder why more comicbook/cartoon movies dont just do CG like this instead of changing everything to make it work in a live action movie. forget the live action crap! movies like Underdog, Rocky and Bullwinkle, or Dragonball shouldve never been live action.

New Spinoff show from Avatar: the Last Airbender!!!
The Legend of Korra takes place 70 years after the events of Avatar: The Last Airbender and follows the adventures of the Avatar after Aang – a passionate, rebellious, and fearless teenaged girl from the Southern Water Tribe named Korra. With three of the four elements under her belt (Earth, Water, and Fire), Korra seeks to master the final element, Air. Her quest leads her to the epicenter of the modern "Avatar" world, Republic City – a metropolis that is fueled by steampunk technology. It is a virtual melting pot where benders and non-benders from all nations live and thrive. However, Korra discovers that Republic City is plagued by crime as well as a growing anti-bending revolution that threatens to rip it apart. Under the tutelage of Aang and Katara's son, Tenzin, Korra begins her airbending training while dealing with the dangers at large.
The creators of Avatar: The Last Airbender say that the new spinoff series The Legend of Korra will be more mature than the original show, but will still have the same sense of fun and adventure.
Nickelodeon, the network behind the original show, today announced that it will air the Avatar spinoff series The Legend of Korra (a working title) starting next year.

Batman: Under the Red Hood. pretty danged good movie. you know who the Red Hood is from the first few minutes (unless youre an idiot lol), but it was really cool to see someone who could actually go toe to toe with Batman and counter his moves.

ok theyre fucking up the thor costumes. theyre Vikings not fucking robots. less metal and more fur. and personally i dont think Odin should have an eyepatch at all. it would be more Viking-ish just to have a scar or something.
as for GL, i just think the mask is the wrong shape. makes it look like he's too angry.

even though very little info on the new thundercats cartoon has been released i did find out today that Larry Kenney, the original voice for Lion-O is now voicing Lion-O's father Claudus.
pretty cool.

Last Airbender had horrid reviews, but i went to see it yesterday and I rather liked it. of course they left a LOT out, but they kinda had to else it wouldve been a 12 hour movie.
the most annoying thing tho was how they mispronounced the names Aang, Sokka, and Iroh.
and i didnt like how often Aang used his airbending. in the show they fight with more martial arts and the bending just augments it. in the movie it was mostly bending.
anyway i dont believe it deserves all the horrible reviews its getting.

the second MK movie had potential, but it completely failed story wise. coulpe major things i hated were the recast of Raiden, the "animality" part where Lou Kang turns into a dragon, and the complete and utter fail that was Shao Kahn. Kahn should be a badass and he just wasnt.
