And as for the SEO sure it helps, but it sure doesnt make people stick around to watch the shows-its actually probably pretty irratating if your a guy who just bought vip for the shows, and then sees what he bought. Keep the status quo-but add an area for performers to make money, and not give it all away. Personally I didnt join to give my shows to producers, or my archives to anyone with an embed...etc etc etc. Girls sell, and you are not going to get girls to put on shows the way things are now.

Aside some excellent suggestions to changing setup and aspects of the shows, the most important thing to look at is content. This is not something that rude itself can wholly control.
It is not a good show if:
you are bored and what an audience to entertain you.
You are watching TV or gaming etc...use your live house.
You are eating a TV dinner.
The room is a fucking pigsty.
You yourself look like you have been wallowing in said pigsty.
You are badmouthing your partner/the opposite sex - guys get enough of that at home they sure as shit don't need to pay to get it online.
You are on the phone, or cannot resist answering the phone...4 times...
You shout offcam to hubby, or friend, in a loud, obnoxious, agitated fashion...then switch straight back to sultry as you talk to your room again.
You tell stories about how your hairdresser's skanky smelling booty put you off your McDonalds you were eating at the time.
Don't flood - Seeing your same act 3x a day, 7 days a week means people a) get bored, b) don't have to make an effort to get to your show because they can 'just catch the next one'.
These are real shows I have seen (and each has killed my libido everytime). This list could go on.
Things that made shows really work?
Good looking people on cam! (SHOCK HORROR did he really say that??? - hey, I've seen big crowds and no crowds, and I know what was on cam at the time)
Group sex shows that had SEX in them. Real sex.
For a site that has carried so many bi/les girls, its been impossible to see a girl girl group show. They are, I have decided, a figment of my own imagination.
Camera angles/camera work. 1. High quality 2. Varied angels and positions more improtantly. I have seen shows that were raved about because the couple moved the cam around for some awesome views. Some shows have had a 'cameraman' doing the moving for them.
Hot striptease resulting in masturbation.
lapdances ending in sex.
One of my all time favs was a beautiful woman dancing in a summery dress ...her props were high heels, a glass of chardonnay and no panties. It was HOT! She teased, flashed, touched and was on fire. She had the room hooked. Her hubby was DJ and cam man.
Dress up / costumes / role play. Role play with partners; role play pretending there is no cam there.
Anyway, these are just suggestions for content, take or leave them.
For the setup? I like some of the ideas mentioned so far -
have shows stay on the list while they are still connected and active.
have shows booked well in advance so you are less likely to miss a show you want to see.
limit the number of shows per day/per hour etc shows should not be competing with each other for the smae crowds (ie no double booking timeslots).
Group shows from professional girls (Rude sponsored girls such as those that were on RudeTV - WITHOUT the waste of space male hosts, unless they are getting involved in the act).
premium content shows (no free access) sounds a great idea. As long as the "premium content" principle is upheld.
AS Crissy mentioned, one general chat room, with the host able to set up a smaller exclusive chat room (perhaps invite only? premium ticket access?)
Tweety has a point...the shout system is drowning in its own fluids. Deleting whole pages of unread mail (shouts) is the daily norm.

The bottome line, Rude changed the name "Group Sex Shows" Thats exactly what they should-showing your tits is not sex, having a show so you can chit chat with your friends is not sex, a guy saying mmmmmmmmmmmmmm in the chat shouldnt be warned for spam-seriously-Robb, Brett-would you pay for whats on here?.. Guys pay to stroke their dicks and get off...So maybe make 2 categories- One for the general population like it is now, and a professional chanel-strictly for girls who use the embed or would use it to actually put on a show, and limit the access to ticket holders/vips... Its not worth my time, and as you noticed, not many other girls time to put a show on here.
Adding-I would also take the embed from all producer-only give it those with sites using it-the value of it is diluted by total access...That would also stop the abuse of embeds, and make it more trackable.
