Who Wants to be a Moderator?

 POSITION: Green Moderator & Team U.P. Promoter
DEPARTMENT: Marketing & Security
REPORTS TO: UniquePassion
HOURS: Nightly 11pm -1a, Wednesdays Midnight - 1a; Saturdays Midnight -1a; Total 12-16 hours per week. Central Time.
POSITION SUMMARY: Moderators act as virtual bodyguard and hype man/woman. Moderators watch over the chat during group shows and live house chat.
During this time they, greet visitors, remind them to rate via star votes, encourage love offerings (tips), and promote links to my content.
Moderators are also responsible for warning, booting, and/or banning annoying chat members.

REQUIREMENTS
Previous Moderator experience is preferred, but not required.
Dependable and prompt! Must be dedicated to your tasks as Moderator.
Good communication and conflict resolution skills.
Intermediate to Advanced computer & typing skills.
