OK, so the only way I'm gone get this thing going is just by doing. I give all these models and business owners advice, time to take my own medicine and "JUST DO IT"!!!!!!! I don't live an average life, I'm surrounded by want to be models, and want to be porn stars. The reason I say want to be is because they give up too easy. They contact me video Facebook, or a friend, looking to become a model or whatever. I explain to them that this is not a get rich quick type of thing, and that you have to put work in to get noticed.
So it typically goes like this:
Model contacts me and sets up test shoot. (only 25% actually show up for test shoot)
Model provides age verification and signs models releases.
I explain to model that the test shoot is my way of interviewing her. If I like her attitude and photos, then I will work with her on the basis that we put together a website, webcam, and all the other money opportunities that are out there. (50/50 split on all profits) But if she quits before we can make any money, then I will keep her pics to help pay for the time I have invested in her.
Model puts in 2 or 3 photo shoots, then I never here from her again.
See I use to give the models copies of all the pics, then the only time I would hear from then again would be 6 to 9 months later when they need new pics. Now I tell them before hand, that If they did not complete the site, or whatever project we were working on, they would get no pics at all. Since I implemented this rule, I have been getting a lot better cooperation.
In my next post, I will upload a few pics of the models, and tell you a little about their story..........this shit is crazy!!!!!
