Where do I find support tickets?
Basically you click on Rude Help..there you will see a list of things and Step 1 which is to make a search.
IT will take you to a results page and show you the three steps:
1) Make a search (ie if looking for info on Rude Chips type: chips)
2) Go to the support board (very important as they will be able to help you)
3) Open new support ticket

After you create your support ticket click on Submit New Support Ticket. It will do another last minute search for you. If you don’t see the answer.. then click submit. It does not give you a confirmation page. They normally will get back to you with in 24-48 hours, but please be patient as sometimes it can take weeks or months for certain issues.
**You can also find a link to the support ticket by clicking on your Rude C.P (the wrench). Then at the bottom left in the My Rude Help box.. you will see a Create Support Ticket link
