My weekend bike ride and my schedule of Free Shows!!!

Hey ya'll!! I missed you this weekend! On Saturday, we finally had great weather! So we broke out the bikes and went for a nice lazy ride, or so we thought. We came crawling home after doing a 24 mile loop!!! I was like OMG!! It was fun, but my knees and legs were noodles. Obviously my legs are capoot! So I am being lazy! So no work out on Monday!! LOL! My knee hurts so bad! I am glad my brace worked on my left leg.. too bad I didn't have one for my right leg!!
Here is my schedule:
Mon:
7pm Exploit Trinity- Return of the Monday Exploit Trinity Hour!! Lots of masturbation and hopefully squirting!! The stupid glitch has be doing it every other week now.. grrrr. I won't schedule it on the other days as I don't schedule against other people. I don't find it appropriate whether you are here for fun or money.
9pm Naked Chat and possibly fun depends on if I wear myself out!!! We may even play a game.. you know I love games..
Tues:
8am Naked Workout- me stretching and working on core-muscles
12pm Naked Sex Advice- Come ask questions about sex, relationships and life
Wed:
11am Naked Workout- Changed to 11am so I am not scheduling it at the same time as others
Thur:
8am Naked Workout- me stretching and working out to music and chatting w/ ya'll
12pm Noon Hour Filming- Watch me film and take photos this hour.. want to see something special.. just send a rude mail.. you never know I just might do it. It will be available on Rude after the show!
7pm Exploit Trinity- Anal Thursdays!!
Fri:
8am Naked Workout- me stretching and working out to music and chatting w/ ya'll
