On being a First Time House Owner
I just noticed that my last post was about whether or not we would get our house. For those of you that don't know.. we did get it. It was a pain in the ass, but we got it! My live house is currently broadcasting in the basement of what I hope will be a dungeon! We have a lot to do... It needs a new Circuit Breaker and new wiring for the house... I need new windows preferably the energy saver ones, the lawn needs work and I would love to transform my basement into a dungeon/ dance area! What is the big obstacles... money.. what else..lol. I am pretty excited though!
I do find that most of my days, if not at work, are filled with doing something on the house. I like that. It is a nice change!
Out with the Old and In with the NEW...
My last day at my last temp job was on Thursday of last week. I am really going to miss the people I worked with. They really made going into work something I looked forward to! I start my new job on Friday this week! Its exciting and a little scary! It starts off part time, but I am not sure how much time I am going to have at home. Anyways, it should be an interesting experience. I am going to be a shift supervisor at a retail store! Very Cool huh! I wish I could stay here all day and perv with ya'll though. *sigh*
