Nude Food - Recipe 3 - Chicken Pot Pie

Chicken Pot Pie

Ingredients
2 1/2 cups frozen veggies (mixed, or a collection of your favorite)
2 cups chopped cooked chicken (or turkey or ham)
1 can cream of chicken soup (or really any "cream of" ie mushroom, broccoli, celery etc)
1 cup bisquick mix (variety baking mix)
1/2 cup milk
1 egg
Required Tools
Baking dish (prefered size 9" either pie pan or square pan)
Frying Pan (to cook the chicken)
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Stir veggies, chicken and soup in ungreased pan.
Stir bisquick mix, milk and egg until blended.
Pour evenly over chicken mixture.
Bake on middle rack for 30-35mins or until top golden brown.
