Chicken Pot Pie




Ingredients
2 1/2 cups frozen veggies (mixed, or a collection of your favorite)
2 cups chopped cooked chicken (or turkey or ham)
1 can cream of chicken soup (or really any "cream of" ie mushroom, broccoli, celery etc)
1 cup bisquick mix (variety baking mix)
1/2 cup milk
1 egg

Required Tools

Baking dish (prefered size 9" either pie pan or square pan)
Frying Pan (to cook the chicken)

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Stir veggies, chicken and soup in ungreased pan.
Stir bisquick mix, milk and egg until blended.
Pour evenly over chicken mixture.
Bake on middle rack for 30-35mins or until top golden brown.

Nude Food - Recipe 2 - Macaroni and Cheese Casserole

Macaroni and Cheese Casserole



Ingredients
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, or to taste.
4 cups Macaroni
1 pound of bacon (may substitute ground beef.)
6-12 slices processed cheddar cheese (or to taste, may substitute shredded cheese)

Required Tools

Baking dish (prefered size 9"X18")
Frying Pan (to cook the bacon)
Pot (to boil the pasta)

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Chop bacon into bite sized pieces, roughly 1 cm in width.
Cook bacon in frying pan, slightly chewy or to taste.
Cook the pasta till "el dente" or slightly firm.
When pasta is cooked stir in margarine or butter.
Turn temperature to low and mix in cheese. Evenly coat adding milk to desired creamyness.
Remove from heat and mix in bacon (or ground beef if desired)
Spread mixture evenly in pan.
Cover with shredded cheese.
Bake on middle rack for 20-30mins or until cheese is slightly brown.

Chicken Casserole



Ingredients

2 Cans - cream of chicken soup
1 cup - Miracle Whip (can be substituted for Mayonaise)
1 tsp - Lemon Juice (optional)
4 cups - chopped chicken breasts (approx 4 breasts)
2 cups - grated cheddar cheese (may be substituted for mozzeralla)
1 head of broccoli (can be substituted with cauliflower)

Required Tools

Baking dish (prefered size 9"X18")
Frying Pan (to cook the chicken)
Pot (to boil the cauliflower/broccoli)
Mixing bowl - Medium

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Cook chicken in frying pan then chop it into bite sized pieces.
Cook the broccoli or cauliflower too just slightly firm.
Mix soup, miracle whip, lemon juice together.
Spead cooked broccoli/cauliflower and chicken evenly over bottom of pan.
Spread mixture evenly over vegetable/meat layer.
Cover with cheese.
Bake on middle rack for 20-30mins or until cheese is slightly brown.
