what they are and why i hate them....
so...
i hate when a person says one thing but does different thing!
i hate when someone seeing a knot in others' eyes and not seeing a log in his eye!!!
i hate people not being responsible for own words and changing the meaning of words as they wish!
i hate people being all false and those double standarts drive me crazy!
i wonder if you get to notice people being like that and if it annoys you?

Too many double standards exist, the whole problem is that we let them exist. We should not, but people have freedom of speech, and so we let everyone have their say, even when we shouldn't. The "me" generation is alive and well unfortunately. |

I have to agree with you that 'double standards' are soo annoying - but they appear in all walks of life, from usiness to personal. You need to remember the old saying DLTBGYD.
And, I have to admit to not understanding what you mean by 'someone seeing a knot in others' eyes and not seeing a log in his eye.'

Double standards of race, ethnicity, sexuality, politics, religion, etc. are what makes life so difficult. Humans are quick to judge the next, while ignoring themselves or trying to force their standards on another. People are more prone to having their way, than to actually listening and attempting to understand someone else, yet they still want to be heard and understood. If all else fails, they are just as happy to destroy the next person, even without any real provocation. We don't have centuries of warfare, torture, and crimes against humanity without reason. Sad to say, I see no end in sight. :( |

Yes it is very annoying Teason. We know several people like that ourselfs. I'm sure everyone does though. In my opinion the worst offenders are the politicians though. lol |
