Visited a former frind

I was bored this morning so I thought I would go visit a former members blog. Not only did I read his new drivel, but I revisited the ones where he was attacking various members here. I must admit, that now it was downright hilarious but at the time it did nothing but infuriate me.
I guess the thing I found to be the most comical was that there was a rather large group of us supposedly going to jail, yet we are all still here and active on the site with the exception of two, and they are busy in other areas of life and I speak with them daily. Of course now, this person is doing the exact same thing with someone else. Wouldn't it be hilarius if this blog were to cause him some problems if someone took a notion to believe anything he writes. LMAO
oh well....either way it is no skin off my nose so I say dear boy, BLESSED BE!!
However, after reading the drivel it made me think of the old days here at RUDE. There was a time when we could have deep and meaningful debates on blogs and the boards without someone taking offense. A time when people didn't set out to tear down another member over something trivial. A time when one could visit a page and not be told to stay away just because of their sexual preference, sex, skin color, etc. Most of all, I miss the members who have come and gone who made an impact with their work and their words.
Oh well, going back in the past can be depressing when compared to thre here an now, but my oh my what I would give to see some of the originals who are gone but never forgotten........
