Tribute
Been a while since I have been on but I thought it would be good to upload something this weekend. It is how I remember the buildings. I watched them built. Later, as I go older and got a job at a major factory (since closed), I worked on the waterfront and saw them every day. When I worked the night shifts, they would glow orange when the sun came up in the morning and then would shine in the sunlight as the day wore on. I live directly across the water from NYC and I watched them fall from my block that day. Our town was covered in the white dust for weeks. I had some friends who worked in the buildings and it took a few hours for me to get in touch to find out they had made it out safely... so many did not. It is a day I will never forget.
