Something I Saw On NA

Dat BASTARD, that's right, that's what I called him! He has been trying to break into my apartment for the last few weeks and last night I caught him. I heard him trying to enter the window by the fire escape of the 2nd bedroom. He had one arm in and a foot trying to push the window up, so I ran over and slammed the window on him and he started screaming. Then I called the cops on his ass and when they arrived they told me that couldn't arrest him.
Ain't that some shit!!!
They said they didn't arrest animals, so now my fight with the RACCOON continues. That's right folks, there is a fucking raccoon who has been trying to break into my apartment.
Any advice on what to do?
Who would have thought that I would be fighting a raccoon in Manhattan.
