GREEN MODS AND A NEED FOR THEM.......
Hello to all the great Rude hosts out there, now i know i have banged on about this before but its raised its head again, the need for green moderators in group shows, i know some fo the shows are well behaved but belive me it doesnt take much for someone to kick of in chat as im sure a lot of you are aware so all im asking is that prior to any show you set up can you PLEASE set a green mod, this will help you as well, they will be able to ask people to hit those stars and to click that heart as well as make sure everyone behave, there as much a deterent to trouble as they are there to help.
It doesnt take much to set a green mod but if your having trouble with it call on me or one of the reds and we will help

HOWEVER BE CAREFULL.........
The green status dos not give you the right to kick someone out of a show just because you dont like them. your there to protect the hosts interest, to watch for abuse, requests and any other infractions.
I have made it quite clear to the red mods that from now on if they see a green abusing the responsibility from now on they have permission to kick that green out so please producers make sure you instruct your greens to stick to the rules. Repeat offenders will be dealt with by me, this can be just the removal of the green or possibly worse depending on the circumstances.
Please pass this on to all your producer friends and greens, COPY AND PASTE IT TO NON PRODUCERS OR THEY WONT BE ABLE TO SEE IT.

Ok it seems that there are some issues regarding rules of RUDE.com and what can and what can't be done in chat. I really hate rules because most of it is common sense but it seems that there needs to be some basis to follow.
1. Promoting websites - This should never be done by anyone but a house owner or by OPS when a chatter asks if a house owner has a website or what thier website URL is. Non House owners should never promote their own website in the house chat even if they are a producer. The reason that we don't want this done is because we give a text link to house owners that have a website and if they have an affiliate program we give them a banner. This text link and banner is available above their house stream.
2. No trading of any adult personal profile information, including, but not limited to, My Space ID’s, Yahoo ID’s, MSN ID’s, AIM ID’s, ICQ numbers, telephone numbers and email addresses and physical addresses.
3. No typing in all capitol letters it is ok to capitalize words though for proper grammar.
4. If a chatter is misbehaving, most of the time they can be straightened out by simply muting them and telling them what they did wrong and explaining the proper protocol for the chat room. Or, you may want to give the chatter a verbal warning after muting before taking any disciplinary action. Should this fail to work you have several disciplinary options at your disposal. In any event the chatter should know why they are being disciplined.
5. please do not argue with any rude appointed ops in open chat, take this to Rudemail or contact Rudekenny or Rudelake with any problems.
6. No one under the age of 18 on cam at any time. This includes pictures, make sure there not heard either please, if a minor can be heard it often means they are within the room or show limits this is not allowed either.
7. No cams should be pointed at a television as there is no control on what can appear on it. And No cams should be put on a t.v/cpu monitor. that is showing any video or tv programme that is/or could be copyrighted
8. The discussion or use of any hard core drugs in chat, live house or shows is strictly forbidden.
The instruction is /private username and message. Be sure to copy the name exactly as it is written in the chatter’s list.
For Example:
Brett is sending a private message to a Green OP
/private *GishMan01 Good to see you bro
Brett is sending a private message to a chatter
/private Gish You have Rude Mail
NOTE: Make sure you copy the person’s name identical to how it is listed in the chatter’s list including any asterisks. If you forget to start the message with a Diagonal (slash) the message will be shown in the chat just like any other message. Make sure your syntax is correct before you send the message.
8. Make sure that chatters aren't making demanding remarks to the house owners. For Example repetitive requests to do something. Let me stress repetitive means more than once requesting the same thing. I don't think it is necessary to remind chatters that the house owners don't take requests if they only ask once they only need to be reminded if they ask more than once.
9. It is ok if chatters compliment the house owners and they don't need to be told if they make a compliment that all the house owners are the sexiest.
Discipline of a Chatter â€" Click on the chatter’s name in the Chatter’s List
You now have three choices:
Mute â€" The chatter can still see what is happening but is silenced until he logs out and then logs back in.
Kick â€" The chatter is removed from the chat room. He can re-enter the chat room and proceed normally.
Ban â€" The chatter is removed from the chat and is permanently banned from re-entering the chat until the ban is lifted by Administration or the chat server is re-booted.
System: Available Commands:
**NEW ADDITION TO THE MACROS
/mod username...........................makes someone a green mod
/unmod username......................removes them
**The granting of OP status is not "sticky" in that it will not be saved if the user disconnects from the chat room. So this would be best used to try out an OP before permanently assigning them via the House/Show management area. **
/whois username - get a user's ip address
/mute username - mute a user
/unmute username - un-mute a user
/ban username - ban a user
/kick username - kick a user out
/ban username - ban a user
/widebanlist - displays list of banned ip blocks
/banip ip - ban a specific ip address
/baniplist - displays a list of banned ips
/a name - loads and sends the stored mesg
/private username message - send private mesg
/showips - displays users ip in message window
/hideips - hides users ip from message window
/clearall - clear history for all users
/close - reset and disconnect all users
/help - this message
/unban (ip adress) - unban single user
/private - Requests are for Private Shows, please refrain from making requests to a house you may be shown the door.
ENABLED MACROS:
For an OP to use the macro/alias in the chat, they need to use the following syntax:

/a add -You can see more of this Producer and even add them to your buddy list bye clicking on the producers name then clicking on my rude space.
/a behind - These cams are behind the scenes of the Houses Guests and what they do at home.
/a caps - Please do not type in all Capital Letters. It is considered Shouting and Annoying.
/a cool Here at Rude we chat with cool and interesting people and occasionally get to watch a lovely House Guests go about their daily life. Sometimes (Hopefully) naked.
/a courteous - Please be courteous to one another and especially to the cam ladies. Be grateful they are allowing you to visit in their houses.
/a dating - This is not a Dating chat room, So please do not try and pick up on other members in chat. If you want to flirt with each other then use rude mail or the Flirting forum. But lets show respect and focus on this Producer.
/a directors - Folks the House Guests know what they are doing and doesn't need a bunch of directors telling them what to do. So please relax and enjoy the view.
/a english - This is an English only chat room. Please do not use any other languages here.
/a french - S'il vous plaît parler anglais seulement, Nous ne parlons pas Français
a/ login - These are voyeur cams not show cams. If a house is logged into the chat then their names will appear in the chatters list in purple.
/a newwindow - If you press Ctrl and N at the same time, you will open another window. Then you can click between the two windows. There is no limit to the number of windows you can open.
/a polite - Please be polite and show respect to all users in this chat room. If this is something you are unable to live with, simply leave now before muted, kicked or even Banned from the chat room. Thank you for your continued support, enjoy!
/a private - If you are wanting a Private show with this producer then please go to producers rude page and mail him/her, or use the book a private function that is set up on the producers rude page.
/a pssst - Pssst: None of the House Guests are in chat with us. Only their cams are on.
/a pushy - No obnoxious or pushy people are allowed. The House Guests do not take requests or demands. Please be courteous to them and they may give something nice in return.
/a remember - Please be courteous, to the House Guests. Remember, these are Voyeur Cams, not show cams. What you see is what you get. The House Guests do not accept requests or demands.
/a rules - No Directing or Requesting, and No Capital Letters, Please use English Only, Be Polite and Courteous At ALL Times, Failure to comply with the rules will result in you being muted, kicked or even Banned from the chat room.

ladies and gents of the producer world, please make sure you pass this on to all your producer buddys with websites they want affiliated to Rude its very important as it has been a major problem and we want it cut down to a minimum.
If you have a website of your own and want it affiliated then it needs to be A PAY SITE, this means it has to have a PASSWORD PROTECTED MEMBER AREA, im sure you can appreciate there are many reasons for this, one being people using your site to visit Rude through an embed. We will not accept myspace, facebook or any other social networking sites or any site that isnt A PAY SITE OR PASSWORD PROTECTED so please dont even submit them.

Lighting and its need in shows
we have had a little problem in the past with shows that been cropping up in a few shows of late, LIGHTING, seems a few of you have been trying to do shows in the dark, now if it was me in the show i could understand it, in fact i probably should do it in a black plastic sack but thankfully for you lot i dont do shows that often lol, anyway back to the serious matter of lighting TURN THEM ON PLEASE moderaters will start no showing you if they cant see you. thanks for your valuable time and please do pass this on to the producers you know.
Rude group shows must have sound
fellow Rudies please take note that based on some confusion in respect to group shows i have had to make a point of making this a rule on the site from now on, Group shows must have sound, two reasons
1/ If you dont have sound there seems little point in doing a group show, you may as well be in your live house.
2/ They need to be interactive because thats what your fans are paying for and of course the bottom line if the members hear you moan and groan they are happier by far so please make sure you are heard from now on,
Edit to add: you risk a strike if there is no sound

Ladies and gents of producer world its been bought to my attention again that some of you have been using your show descritions to beg for tips.
PLEASE THE TIPS ARE AN OPTION NOT A REQUIREMENT IN YOUR SHOW, YOU CANT TAKE REQUESTS FOR THEM, REMEMBER WE HAVE A NO REQUEST POLICY ON RUDE.
Do not use the tip function to get people to make requests, do not use them as competitions for offsite privates, if your caught it could see you on a suspension as we have a privates area already on Rude and your breaking the rules.
Please be very carefull when setting your shows up, remember we are always watching and checking and those found to be breaking the rules will be dealt with.
