Man suing his police officer wife...

A man is suing his police officer wife & her boyfreind because, yesterday the man came home, thinking he had come home to an empty house. He was shocked to hear a commotion & moaning comming from their bedroom. He went up, gun in hand to see a man on top of someone in his bed. He fired a shoy in the air. His police officer wife (who was on the bottom), instictually shot her husband...
On a side note... the eye witnesses (who were hiding in the closet) & her fellow police all agree that the man was in fault... We shall see when they get to court...
