CORN MUFFIN STUFFED MEATLOAF by MOKIN_ENT im a chef
~~~~MEAT~~~~
(1) 2 lb Ground Beef (2) 1 Egg White (3) 1ts Dry Mustard (4) 1 ts Yellow Mustard
(5) 1 whole diced onion (6) 1 whole diced green pepper (7) 4 ts Diced Pars lie & Ty me
(8) 1/2 ts Salt & Pepper (9) 1 cp Ketchup (10) 1 1/2 cp Corn Muffin
___ Flattin out the ground beef to 1 inch and crumble the corn muffin up onto the the beef and roll the meat up with the muffin in it and when browned put your choice of cheese on top.... oven at 325 for 30-50 minutes depend on how you like it soft or crunchy .... dont for get the butter for no stick meatloaf ...
((( MELT AMERICAN CHEESE OVER THE MEAT LOAF WHEN FINISHED)))))

(1) 2 ts Butter (2) 1 Can whole kernel Corn (3) 1can French green beans (4) 1/2 ts salt & pepper
(5) 1 ts Sugar

(1) 6 whole potatoes (2) 1 cp Creamer or Milk (3) 1/2 cp Sour cream (4) 1/2 ts salt & pepper

Toasted Rolls / Ready Maid Is Good (wonder bread) or ( Potato Rolls)

6 Tea bags 1 Pot Of Boiled Water 2 cps Sugar 1 Cut lemon
