Stalk-ee Etiquette

There are Federal and State laws regarding stalking and
ALL 50 states have some type of ANTI Stalking laws!!
Below are the following rules to follow IF you are being Stalked...
1. Contact the police, file a report/complaint, press charges, and get a restraining order.
Which can and does include phone contact, electronic, online etc.
IF a restraining order is in place then the stalker can't even go into your online chatroom.
2. CHANGE YOUR FUCKING NUMBER
3. DO NOT have online webcam to webcam chats with your stalker...
Hmmmmm makes one wonder if you really were/are stalked when you sit on your webcam and the supposed
stalker on his webcam and you are watching each other and chatting away like old friends and/or lovers!
What Is Stalking?
Stalking is a crime of obsession, often associated with different types of psychopathology,
including psychosis and severe personality disorders. Depending on the type of stalker,
behavior may range from overtly aggressive threats and actions, to repeated phone calls, letters or approaches.
Harassment and stalking may go on for years, causing the victim of stalking to exist in a constant state of stress and fear.
The violent aspects of stalking behavior often escalate over time, and in extreme cases can end in murder.
So, it would seem to me that IF you were/are REALLY being stalked you would take
the proper precautions....
In the case of you being stalked? NAH...its a bull story for sympathy!!!
This is just another story along with all your so called money woes and other so called problems...

Being stalked is a very scarey and dangerous situation!!
On the flip side there are some that claim to be stalked but dont do anything about it and even have cam to cam chats with their SO CALLED stalker...
That pisses me off! |

I know what its like to i had to hide out with my children till we could be shipped away from my home and friends.the prob was he found me and it all started again so then it was court. Then finely his parents came and got him but not b4 i had to pack up my children and shift again. i still worry that he will turn up but im getting better. |

Now you have me worried, I have always looked out for my friends even if they do not know I am. Is that stalking? sure hope not as then I would be one, and do not want that on my bad list as well.

What really bothers me is when I see a female say she has or is being stalked and does nothing about it or take any precautions ie: change number etc...but then turns out and does one on one cam chats with the so called stalker!!! |

And everyone you are even braver than me for coming out and writing about your recent tragedies you all encountered. i can tell it had to be a very and i mean very painful feeling to go through. if i or my friends were being stalked i would take matters into my own hands but some people you just cannot negogiate with because they can kill you if they don't like you already and its a mess. i cannot even imagine how people can stoop so low to be that obsessed and psycho over someone or over a few people that they do or do not even know. |

NurseVicki it really gives me tears rolling down my eyes to hear about your scary ordeal. my heart and my thoughts goes out to you, your family, your friends, and anyone else who has been abused by crime itself. I been a victim of identity theft and right then I realized how dangerous is the world we live in. Farrah thanks again for giving all of us the advice we need to prevent stalkers from terrorizing us, our property, and our families. I would not even tolerate it as a warning if somebody or something tries to ruin our lives. I am not superman but I would rather struggle fighting on my knees then letting the bad guys win. |

sounds as if you have a issue with some one! Ive been stalked and did move away, changed my number ,and reported it to the police! But what finally got him to stop, was my MOM calling his wife, and threatening to take them to court and she would lose all the money! It was very scary being chased with a guns, having him flatten friends tires and threaten to kill them! He bugged my car, tapped my phone,followed me had me followed! The messages he put on my phone Man ! Any way finally he was gone I was so relieved! |
