2009 is here....Just Wanna speak on a couple of things

If you can take the way 1year started 'n end has a sign of how the next year will....damn i hope ya'll are ready!!!! 08 had its up and downs but more less ups and downs with some hella twists 'n surprises and not just in your norm of categories’ either politics, entertainment, local government, etc…but all around….08 started off in the most shocking for all of the football fans out there. Trust being a New York Giants fan I knew it was our time but for all the Patriots Fans what can I say, better luck this time around…even though the rivers that flow thru Boston turned salty that night ‘n next 3 days ya’ll knew like everybody else at some point somebody was going to figure ya’ll out…but I know it blind sided you when it was NY Giants, and has a fan, since the days of Phil Simms and Lawrence Taylor aka L.T., we thank you for lighting the fire that got us going in the playoff, and to a respectable record this year.
We have lost a few great entertainers in 08, some we knew there time was up but nothing more shocking then the lost of Bernie Mac and Isaac Hayes, who ironically died 1 day apart ‘n both was in Soul Man which also ironically was there very last film I believe first one together. Staying on the topic of movies, the accidental overdose death of the Batman Movies Series second greatest “Joke” Heath Ledger on died beginning of 2008, but one name many have heard over the years but still don’t know who she is, the great ‘n now late Eartha Kitt….a multi-talented, well aged, often overly glamorized but never gave nothing but 100% when singing, actoring, dancing, creating….the original multi-culture beauty (aka Hailey Berry before Hailey Berry)…..and if you still don’t know who she is Google it!!!! But also to be mention in the same breath has Bernie Mac another funny comedian is the late George Carlin who is best known for his use of off color language…Google him too!!!
Music we have lost some great names from Isaac Hayes to Barry White to G-Unit to Apart of Hip-Hop Soul and Rap creditability and possible Kanye West (that’s another Blog all together)….but music has been on the downward spiral for a while now to the point where the garbage has taking over main stream music ‘n ringtone rappers pop up ‘n frizzle away….2008 also saw the 4th birthday of Hip-Pop music, and if you don’t know what that is, basic explanation is 1 hit rappers or whack artist actually have somewhat of a career (any body know what happen to Dem Francishize Boy’s)…kinda odd, I understand each generation has its own form of music but now a days some of these Hip-Pop artist are starting to become mainstream menstrual cycle of music….every month some bloody mess of music flows from the speakers….speaking of bloody mess….this would be a great time for JaRule to finally take 50cent out!!! We all can agree that his career along with G-Unit is on life support so he should just retire ‘n collect them checks (from ya’ll vitamin water drinkers) cause it’s a call for life move when you beef with Roxy….once again Google it!!!!
But all in all 2008 was a good year….that ended with some twist’s that pissed people off, split the nation, brung it together, shocked folks, knocked a few off of there high horse, raped pockets, killed jobs, ‘n took it one step closer to a unclear future….one of the major high’s the First Black President (even tho he ain’t 100% black) to the one the most shocking/funny, the “ashoesassination” of President Bush (damn he got some good reflects, and that guy throws like Tony Romo.), to the moments of what the fuck was you thinking, and if there was a prize to be given it would go to Plaxico Burress, a handgun ‘n tracksuit pants never goes good together….
And can't forget my Rude.com family....has they say when somebody passes someone enters the world...'n in our case(Rude.com) when some of our Rude brothers 'n sister leave its never easy....they leave for spirital or reglious reasons, to getting caught up in a busy world to personal reasons that they can't control to medicial but no matter what....we show them love 'n support has they start on a new path towards a different lite road that only they can see 'n to ya'll who have left you shall be missed....'n to the new ones who come in there place i ask you to not compare them to others but prepare yourself for sumthing new....'n hopefully the newbies can hold their own......
But any has you have finish read my thoughts ‘n opinions….i ask you the reader one thing….If you Could pick one moment of 2008 that stood out to you what would it be??? (please leave out Obama becoming President….we know now lets see what he going to do)
