Best Chocolate Cake in the World!

Recipe for the Bestest Chocolate Cake Ever - And Easiest!
Preheat oven to 350.
Grease and flour whatever pan/pans you've decided to use.
Put a cup of water in a pan on the stove to be heated later.
In a large bowl dump in
2 cups sugar
1 3/4 cups flour
3/4 cups baking cocoa
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
stir a bit.
turn on stove to heat water to boiling
dump in to mixture -
2 eggs
1 cup milk
1/2 cup veg oil
2 tsp vanilla
Beat for 2 min with elec mixer, then stir in cup of boiling water.
Pour into prepared pan/pans and bake for 30 min or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan for 10 min, then remove to rack to cool completely before frosting with your fav frosting.
