PROTECT YOUR KIDS ON SEPTEMBER 8TH !!!

This Tuesday Sept. 8th President Obama is planning to address the nation's school children DIRECTLY, through a live internet broadcast at 12 noon. If you do not want Obama to have access to your children to say whatever he wants to them during their school hours without you being there, there are a few things you can do:
-Call the school's principal to find out whether the school was planning to show the speech, and if they are, let the principal know that you feel the role of the school is to educate, not to indoctrinate, and that you do not consent to have your child spoken to directly by any politician or government official, for any reason. Maybe if enough parents call, the school will not show the speech to students.
-If the school is going ahead with plans to show the speech, you can keep your child out of school that day.
-You can write up a consent form that would allow a parent of your choice, in your community, to remove your child (and all other children whose parents consent to it) from the area where the speech is being broadcast, and for that period of time, engage the children in some alternate educational activity, such as reading the text of the Constitution, for example.

The ostensible message that students should work hard to educate themselves may seem relatively benign, but the insidious subtext is that you should work hard not for yourself and your own individual happiness, but for the country, society, the state-- to make America more competitive in the world, to raise standards of living (through redistribution, presumably) for all Americans, etc... I personally don't want my children to grow up believing that they exist to serve the state, that it is somehow normal to think this way.
But fundamentally, it doesn't really matter what it is that Obama is planning to tell American children on Tuesday. What does matter is that it is totally inappropriate for him to be addressing children directly at a time when they are away from their parents, and a captive audience in their classrooms. State indoctrination of children is a hallmark of totalitarian government. Don't let it happen here.

The MOST IMPORTANT story on the Swine Flu Pandemic continues to be CENSORED from the mass media.
And this is it:
“Swine Flu” (A/H1N1) vaccine manufacturer (Baxter International) is currently under investigation for a possible deliberate
contamination of the regular flu vaccine – with live Bird Flu virus.
In June, 2009, Baxter International was found to have distributed a "Seasonal" influenza (H3N2) vaccine which was contaminated with live Bird Flu (H5N1) virus.
If scientists in the Czech Republic had not identified the problem before the contaminated vaccine was released to the public, the vaccine would have CAUSED the very "Bird Flu" pandemic that the world had been told was coming.
Why wasn't this story on the front page of every newspaper in the world? And HEADLINE NEWS ON TV??
This "contamination" was about the most serious breach of safety you can possibly imagine.
Baxter International is required BY LAW to adhere to Biosafety Level 3 protocols which are there specifically to prevent accidental contamination of this kind. It was either gross negligence, or it was deliberate.
Baxter had in fact distributed 72 kgs of live H5N1 Bird Flu viral material around the world.
By the beginning of 2009 it had become apparent that the Bird Flu virus was not spreading much beyond birds. Business-wise, the pandemic was a fizzle as the Great Bird Flu (H5N1) Pandemic Panic of 2009 was simply not going to happen.
To a vaccine company eager to sell billions of vaccines, Bird Flu was a loser.
However, with a little help from the highly transmissible human "Seasonal Flu" virus Bird Flu just might possibly make a comeback and achieve pandemic status after all.
The Toronto Sun reported that "While H5N1 doesn't easily infect people, H3N2 viruses do. If someone exposed to the two had been simultaneously infected with both strains, he or she could have served as an incubator for a hybrid virus able to transmit easily to and among people."
While Baxter actually ADMITTED to having contaminated the Season Flu vaccine with the live Bird Flu virus, it held to the claim that the whole thing had been some sort of an "accident".
However, an accident that had it not been stopped by some alert scientists in a lab in the Czech Republic, would have been awfully good for business. The contaminated "Seasonal" vaccine would have spread the new, more serious "New Improved" Bird Flu, thus creating the panic market for Bird Flu vaccines!
However, thanks to the Czech scientists who spotted the contamination in the nick of time, the Bird Flu pandemic did not materialise as planned.
Nevertheless, Baxter most likely had an off-the-shelf "back up plan", as any forward thinking pharmaceutical giant would do.

One courageous Austrian journalist, Jane Burgermeister, who has been spearheading the investigation of Baxter and others who may be in on the conspiracy, recently filed criminal charges with the FBI against the company.
She has also brought charges against the WHO and the UN for conspiracy to commit genocide.
Isn't this just "Conspiracy Theory"?
We wish it were. But as the evidence pours in to support these charges, more and more people – SCIENTISTS, DOCTORS, NEUROLOGISTS – are taking a very close look at the whole vaccine/biowarfare industry and are speaking out.
They are reluctantly concluding that this whole new "Swine Flu" pandemic (and several others before) is "man made" biowarfare against the people of the world.
Even the New England Journal of Medicine has written that the "Swine Flu" was "possibly" made in a laboratory.
“In the April 30, 2009 issue of Nature, a virologist was quoted as saying, ‘Where the hell it got all these genes from we don’t know.’ Extensive analysis of the virus found that it contained the original 1918 H1N1 flu virus, the avian flu virus (bird flu), and two new H3N2 virus genes from Eurasia. Debate continues over the possibility that swine flu is a genetically engineered virus.” – Dr Russell Blaylock MD
So, the so-called "Swine Flu" virus seems to have genetic material in it from pigs, chickens ... and the 1918 flu that killed millions of people.
In fact, not conspiracy theory, US scientists have actually been working for several years to recreate the 1918 flu virus, and this year reported success.
They actually dug up some corpses of people who had died in 1918.
All for science.
This is it, gang.
We believe the time has come to fight not only for our rights – but for our very lives.
We believe that the VACCINE ITSELF will cause serious illnesses – if only thanks to SQUALENE and/or other toxic "adjuvants".
An adjuvant is a substance designed to create an "immune response". Unfortunately for large numbers of people, this "response" goes seriously wrong and the body starts attacking itself. The "Gulf War Syndrome" which incapacitated thousands of men and women in the US Army was reliably traced back to Squalene and other contaminated vaccines.
Indeed, vaccines have been killing us for years.
Only this time they're going for a lot more people than ever before.
And they want to insure that they have a captive market.
To that end, vaccine manufacturers have had laws passed in Europe, the USA and Japan, to allow forcible vaccination of the population "in the event of a pandemic". From a drug company's perspective, it means that the declaration of a pandemic in these countries could produce a financial windfall – since the whole population can be forcibly injected with their vaccine – regardless of whether or not the vaccine has been proven to be effective or safe.
And there is no serious testing of any of the Swine Flu vaccines.
They are being rushed into production instead.
And that's not all.
In the USA legislation was passed that gives vaccine companies legal indemnity, making it impossible for people to sue for damages if they (or a family member) suffer from injuries – or die – as a result of their injection with the swine flu vaccine.
Why are governments spending billions of dollars on a vaccine that is still in development, for a virus that is mutating and can't be stopped with any vaccine, has not been adequately tested and is being made by a company under criminal investigation for contaminating their product to START A SERIOUS PANDEMIC.
Why, indeed?

This vaccine could well be “weaponised” – designed to kill you or give you a serious chronic illness. As mentioned earlier, one of its ingredients, SQUALENE, has been known for a long time to give people AUTO IMMUNE DISEASES.
All this should serve as an urgent wake up call to the billions of people who are about to be forced into getting jabbed.
Jane Burgermeister has done the world a great service by exposing the “Baxter Incident” and bringing criminal charges against the perpetrators. Now her efforts must be supported here in NZ and worldwide. This is what you can do now:

Tell them NOT TO USE BAXTER VACCINE WHILE THE COMPANY IS FACING CRIMINAL CHARGES!!! Could mandatory vaccinations happen in NZ? The Health Act 1956 gives the Medical Officer of Health the power to quarantine people until they have had “preventative treatment”, which could include vaccination. This same Act in NZ empowers police to use force to assist in carrying out directions from the Medical Officer of Health.

5 More Banks Fail

NEW YORK (CNNMoney.com) -- Regulators shut down five regional banks Friday, the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation said, bringing the total number of banks to fail in the United States to 69 this year.
Friday's bank closures will cost the FDIC fund $911.7 million, bringing the total cost for failed banks to $15.13 billion this year. That compares with $17.6 billion in all of 2008.
First State Bank of Altus, based in Altus, Okla., was shut down and Herring Bank, headquartered in Amarillo, Texas, will take over all of the deposits of the failed bank. As of June 19, the First State Bank of Altus had total assets of $103.4 million and deposits of $98.2 million. The failed bank was the first to go down in the state of Oklahoma in 2009.
Meanwhile, Integrity Bank, headquartered in Jupiter, Fla., was shuttered and Stonegate Bank, based out of Fort Lauderdale, Fla., will assume all of the deposits of Integrity Bank. As of June 5, Integrity Bank had total assets of $119 million and total deposits of $102 million. The failed Florida bank was the fourth to fail in the state so far this year.
The third bank to go down Friday was the Peoples Community Bank, based in West Chester, Ohio. The First Financial Bank, National Association, headquartered in Hamilton, Ohio, will take over all of the deposits of the failed bank. The failed bank was the first bank to be closed in Ohio in 2009, and as of March 31, had total assets of $705.8 million and total deposits of $598.2 million.
The fourth bank to fall Friday night was the First BankAmericano, based in Elizabeth, N.J., and the Crown Bank, of Brick, N.J. will take over the deposits. As of July 16, First BankAmericano had total assets of $166 million and total deposits of $157 million. The failed N.J. bank was the second bank in the state to fall in 2009.
The fifth and biggest bank of the night to fail was Mutual Bank in Harvey, Ill., which had total assets of $1.6 billion and total deposits of $1.6 billion. Mutual Bank's 12 branches will reopen on Saturday as branches of United Central Bank of Garland, Texas, which has assumed all deposits from Mutual Bank.
The number of bank failures so far in 2009 has almost tripled last year's total of 25.
Smaller regional banks have been hammered in the downturn. Many of the banks failed because local residents and commercial real estate developers that took out loans have been unable to pay them back.

US Seizes All Of Its Citizens Computers, Says They Now Belong To Federal System

In a move that can only be described as shocking, the United States has today moved to take control over every single computer system in their country without their own citizens even being aware of what is happening,
Russian legal experts state that the insidious actions of the United States against their own people is “worthy of even the most devout Communist” as the American government has employed a method of seizing their citizens computers that is so Orwellian, even the most hardened of persons should be chilled to their very bones.
To the exact method being employed to capture their citizens computer systems, the United States this past week introduced what they are calling a “Cash for Clunkers” automobile programme that allows Americans to trade in their out-of-date cars for new ones subsidized by their government in an amount up to $4,500.
In order for the American people to ascertain if they are eligible for this “Cash for Clunker” programme they must first go to the US government website Cars.Gov, and where in the “small print” they are informed:
This application provides access to the DoTCARS system. When logged on to the CARS system, your computer is considered a Federal Computer system and is the property of the US Government.
Any or all uses of this system and all files on this system may be intercepted, monitored, recorded, copied, audited, inspected, and disclosed to authorized CARS, DoT, and law enforcement personnel, as well as authorized officials of other agencies, both domestic and foreign.
Russian legal experts further point out that even though the language being employed by the US government in seizing their citizens computers appears to limit its “ownership” to only that time period when the Federal application is being used, nothing could be further from the truth as under what is known as the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC), once the United States Government becomes the owner of anything it retains that ownership forever.
Note: The Uniform Commercial Code (UCC or the Code), first published in 1952, is one of a number of uniform acts that have been promulgated in conjunction with efforts to harmonize the law of sales and other commercial transactions in all 50 states within the United States of America.
Russian legal experts also point out that in seizing their citizens computers, all information on these computers become the property of the United States government too.
And, if this isn’t shocking enough, the United States government openly states that the information they are seizing from their citizens computers will be freely given to foreign Nations in a move unprecedented in violating the human and privacy rights of the American people.
Most disturbing about this shocking new development in the United States is that its propaganda news media is failing to warn the American people about this gross injustice to their freedoms, leading one to openly wonder how entrenched they are in the conspiracy to take away all of the freedoms and rights these once great peoples took for granted.
But, even without their propaganda news media telling them the truth, the American people can never say they weren’t warned about the police state their Nation is becoming, as in his famous book “1984”, George Orwell did exactly that by stating:

The FEMA coffins were patented as “multi-functional cremation containers” for dead bodies.

The patent indicates that the coffins are part of a plan in which people are to be killed in large numbers before they are placed in the coffins for transportation in FEMA trains to FEMA camps where incinerators are reported to be in place.
There have been credible reports of 500,000 FEMA coffins stacked in Georgia, close to FEMA IV’s regional headuqarter’s in Atlanta.
A local landowner is reported to have said that the coffins belong to the Center of Disease Control, a center affialated with WHO, and also based in Atlanta, Georgia.
WHO has been “preparing” — together with FEMA and Homeland Security — for mass fatalities due to a “swine flu” emergency while other experts, including most recently French Professor Bernard Debre, have said the “swine flu” is a harmless flu, reinforcing fears that WHO is hpying up the pandemic to justify mandating the “bioweapon” vaccines in the USA at gunpoint.

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) will launch on Monday the five-day National Level Exercise 2009 (NLE 09)—the first national level exercise to focus on terrorism prevention—in conjunction with federal, state, local, tribal, private sector and international partners.
“Coordinating with our partners across the United States and around the world is critical to protecting the nation from terrorist attacks,” said Secretary Janet Napolitano. “The National Level Exercise allows us to test our capabilities in real-time to refine and strengthen our strategies for preventing terrorist attacks.”
The Congressionally mandated exercise—directed by the White House and coordinated by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA)—promotes intelligence and information sharing between and among federal, state, tribal, local, private sector and international participants. The NLE 09 scenario focuses on preventing a terrorist from entering the United States to carry out additional attacks in the aftermath of a terrorist event outside of the country, prioritizing intelligence and law enforcement activities that detect, disrupt and deter preventable terrorist incidents.
“FEMA’s focus is to make sure that our entire response team, from the general public up to the highest level of government, is taking steps now to increase preparedness – regardless of what the next emergency or disaster is,” said FEMA Administrator Craig Fugate. “This exercise is an important step in our ongoing preparedness efforts, and allows FEMA and its federal partners to better serve and protect our citizens.”
The Departments of Homeland Security, Defense, Justice, and State, the Office of the Director of National Intelligence and a broad spectrum of component agencies, offices and commands will all participate in the exercise. WHY YOU SHOULD AVOID TAKING VACCINES

Dr. James R. Shannon, former director of the National institute of health declared, "the only safe vaccine is one that is never used."
Cowpox vaccine was believed able to immunize people against smallpox. At the time this vaccine was introduced, there was already a decline in the number of cases of smallpox. Japan introduced compulsory vaccination in 1872. In 1892 there were 165,774 cases of smallpox with 29,979 deaths despite the vaccination program. A stringent compulsory smallpox vaccine program, which prosecuted those refusing the vaccine, was instituted in England in 1867. Within 4 years 97.5 % of persons between 2 and 50 had been vaccinated. The following year England experienced the worst smallpox epidemic[1] in its history with 44,840 deaths. Between 1871 and 1880 the incidence of smallpox escalated from 28 to 46 per 100,000. The smallpox vaccine does not work.
Much of the success attributed to vaccination programs may actually have been due to improvement in public health related to water quality and sanitation, less crowded living conditions, better nutrition, and higher standards of living. Typically the incidence of a disease was clearly declining before the vaccine for that disease was introduced. In England the incidence of polio had decreased by 82 % before the polio vaccine was introduced in 1956.
In the early 1900s an astute Indiana physician, Dr. W.B. Clarke, stated "Cancer was practically unknown until compulsory vaccination with cowpox vaccine began to be introduced. I have had to deal with two hundred cases of cancer, and I never saw a case of cancer in an unvaccinated[2] person."
There is a widely held belief that vaccines should not be criticized because the public might refuse to take them.This is valid only if the benefits exceed the known risks of the vaccines.
Do Vaccines Actually Prevent Disease?
This important question does not appear to have ever been adequately studied. Vaccines are enormously profitable for drug companies and recent legislation in the U.S. has exempted lawsuits against pharmaceutical firms in the event of adverse reactions to vaccines which are very common. In 1975 Germany stopped requiring pertussis (whooping cough) vaccination. Today less than 10 % of German children are vaccinated against pertussis. The number of cases of pertussis has steadily decreased[3] even though far fewer children are receiving pertussis vaccine.
Measles outbreaks have occurred in schools with vaccination rates over 98 % in all parts of the U.S. including areas that had reported no cases of measles for years. As measles immunization rates rise to high levels measles becomes a disease seen only in vaccinated persons. An outbreak of measles occurred in a school where 100 % of the children had been vaccinated. Measles mortality rates had declined by 97 % in England before measles vaccination was instituted.
In 1986 there were 1300 cases of pertussis in Kansas and 90 % of these cases occurred in children who had been adequately vaccinated. Similar vaccine failures have been reported from Nova Scotia where pertussis continues to be occurring despite universal vaccination. Pertussis remains endemic[4] in the Netherlands where for more than 20 years 96 % of children have received 3 pertussis shots by age 12 months.
After institution of diptheria vaccination in England and Wales in 1894 the number of deaths from diptheria rose by 20 % in the subsequent 15 years. Germany had compulsory vaccination in 1939. The rate of diptheria spiraled to 150,000 cases that year whereas, Norway which did not have compulsory vaccination, had only 50 cases of diptheria the same year.
The continued presence of these infectious diseases in children who have received vaccines proves that life long immunity which follows natural infection does not occur in persons receiving vaccines. The injection process places the viral particles into the blood without providing any clear way to eliminate these foreign substances.
Why Do Vaccines Fail To Protect Against Diseases?
Walene James, author of Immunization: the Reality Behind The Myth, states that the full[5] inflammatory response is necessary to create real immunity. Prior to the introduction of measles and mumps vaccines children got measles and mumps and in the great majority of cases these diseases were benign. Vaccines "trick" the body so it does not mount a complete inflammatory response to the injected virus.
Vaccines and Sudden Infant Death Syndrome SIDS
The incidence of Sudden Infant Death syndrome SIDS has grown from .55 per 1000 live births in 1953 to 12.8 per 1000 in 1992 in Olmstead County, Minnesota. The peak incidence for SIDS is age 2 to 4 months the exact time most vaccines are being given to children. 85 % of cases of SIDS occur in the first 6 months of infancy. The increase in SIDS as a percentage of total infant deaths has risen from 2.5 per 1000 in 1953 to 17.9 per 1000 in 1992. This rise in SIDS deaths has occurred during a period when nearly every childhood disease was declining due to improved sanitation and medical progress except SIDS. These deaths from SIDS did increase during a period when the number of vaccines given a child was steadily rising to 36 per child.
Dr. W. Torch was able to document 12 deaths in infants which appeared within 3½ and 19 hours of a DPT immunization. He later reported 11 new cases of SIDS death and one near miss which had occurred within 24 hours of a DPT injection. When he studied 70 cases of SIDS two thirds of these victims[6] had been vaccinated from one half day to 3 weeks prior to their deaths. None of these deaths was attributed to vaccines. Vaccines are a sacred cow and nothing against them appears in the mass media because they are so profitable to pharmaceutical firms.
There is valid reason to think that not only are vaccines worthless in preventing disease they are counterproductive because they injure the immune system permitting cancer, auto-immune diseases and SIDS to cause much disability and death.
Are Vaccines Sterile?
Dr. Robert Strecker claimed that the department of defense DOD was given $10,000,000 in 1969 to create the AIDS virus to be used as a population-reducing[7] weapon against blacks. By use of the Freedom of Information Act Dr. Strecker was able to learn that the DOD secured funds from Congress to perform studies on immune destroying agents for germ warfare.
Once produced, the vaccine was given in two locations. Smallpox vaccine containing HIV was given to 100,000,000 Africans in 1977. Over 2000 young white homosexual males in New York City were given Hepatitis B vaccine that contained HIV virus in 1978. This vaccine was given at New York City Blood Center. The Hepatitis B vaccine containing the HIV virus was also administered to homosexual males in San Francisco, Los Angeles, St.Louis, Houston and Chicago in 1978 and 1979. U.S. Public Health epidemiology studies have disclosed that these same 6 cities had the highest incidence of AIDS, Aids related Complex (ARC) and deaths rates from HIV, when compared to other U.S. cities.
When a new virus is introduced into a community. It takes 20 years for the number of cases to double. If the fabricated story that green monkey bites of pygmies led to the HIV epidemic, the alleged monkey bites in the 1940s should have produced a peak in the incidence of HIV in the 1960s at which time HIV was non existent in Africa. The World Health Organization (WHO) began a African smallpox vaccination campaign in 1977 that targeted urban population centers and avoided pygmies. If the green monkey bites of pygmies truly caused the HIV epidemic the incidence of HIV in pygmies should have been higher than in urban citizens. However, the opposite was true.
In 1954 Dr. Bernice Eddy (bacteriologist) discovered live monkey viruses in supposedly sterile inactivated polio vaccine[8] developed by Dr. Jonas Salk. This discovery was not well received at the NIH and Dr. Eddy was demoted. Later Dr. Eddy, working with Sarah Stewart, discovered SE polyoma virus. This virus was quite important because it caused cancer in every animal receiving it. Yellow fever vaccine had previously been found to contain avian (bird) leukemia virus. Later Dr. Hilleman isolated SV 40 virus from both the Salk and Sabin polio vaccines. There were 40 different viruses[9] in these polio vaccines they were trying to eradicate. They were never able to get rid of these viruses ontaminating the polio vaccines. The SV 40 virus causes malignancies. It has now been identified in 43 % of cases of non-Hodgekin lymphoma[10] , 36 % of brain tumors[11] , 18 % of healthy blood samples, and 22 % of healthy semen samples, mesothiolomas and other malignancies. By the time of this discovery SV 40 had already been injected into 10,000,000 people in Salk vaccine. Gastric digestion inactivtes some of SV 40 in Sabin vaccine. However, the isolation of strains of Sabin polio vaccine from all 38 cases of Guillan Barre Syndrome[12] GBS in Brazil suggests that significant numbers of persons are able to be infected from this vaccine. All 38 of these patients had received Sabin polio vaccine months to years before the onset of GBS. The incidence of non-Hodgekin lymphoma has"mysteriouly" doubled since the 1970s.
Dr. John Martin, Professor of Pathology at the Univ. of Southern California, was employed by the Viral Oncology Branch of the Bureau of Biologics (FDA) from 1976 to 1980. While employed there he identified foreign DNA in the live polio vaccine Orimune Lederle that suggested serious vaccine contamination. He warned his supervisors about this problem and was told to discontinue his work as it was outside the scope of testing required for polio vaccine.
Later Dr. Martin learned that all eleven of the African green monkeys used to grow the Lederle polio virus Orimune had grown simian cytomegalovirus from kidney cell cultures. Lederle was aware of this viral contamination as their Cytomegaloviral Contamination Plan[13] clearly showed in 1972. The Bureau of Biologics decided not to pursue the matter so production of infected polio vaccine continued.
In 1955 Dr. Martin identified unique cell destroying viruses termed stealth viruses in patients with chronic fatigue syndrome. These viruses lacked genes that would enable the immune system to recognize them. Thus they were protected by the body's failure to develop antiviral antibodies. In March of 1995, Dr. Martin learned that some of these stealth viruses had originated from African green monkey simian cytomegalovirus of a type known to infect man.
The Lederle vaccine experience suggests that the higher-ups are not concerned about sloppy and dangerous preparation of vaccines. Animal cross infection is a huge unsolved current problem for all vaccine manufacturing. If this vaccine production sounds like an unbelievable mess to you, you are right.
The influential Club of Rome has a position paper in which they state that the world population is too large and needs to be reduced by 90 %. This means that 6 billion people must be reduced to 500 to 600 million. Obviously, creating famines and genocidal wars such as wrecked havoc in Africa, and loosing new laboratory-created diseases (HIV, Ebola, Marburg[14] , and probably West Nile virus and SARS) can help reduce the population. Other elitist groups (Trilaterals, Bildenbergers) have expressed similar concerns about excess people on planet Earth.
The company that was projected to produce the new smallpox vaccine in the U.S. was in serious trouble in England because of unsatisfactory quality of operations before setting up their facility in the U.S. Why would their performance here be any better than it was in England?
If there are important powerful groups of people that are determined to reduce the world population, what could be a more diabolically clever way to eliminate people than to inject them with a cancer-causing vaccine? The person receiving the injection would never suspect that the vaccine taken 10 to 15 years earlier had caused the cancer to appear.
Other Dangers From Vaccines
In the March 4, 1977 issue of Science Jonas and Darrell Salk warn, "Live virus vaccines against influenza or poliomyelitis may in each instance produce the disease it intended to prevent. The live virus against measles and mumps may produce such side effects as encephalitis (brain damage).
The swine flu vaccine was administered to the American public even though there had never been a case of swine flu identified in a human. Farmers refused to use the vaccine because it killed too many animals. Within a few months of use in humans this vaccine caused many cases of serious nerve injury (Guillan Barre syndrome).
An article in the Washington Post on Jan. 26, 1988 mentioned that all cases of polio since 1979 had been caused by the polio vaccine with no known cases of polio from a wild strain since 1979. This might have created a perfect situation to discontinue the vaccine, but the vaccine is still given. Vaccines are a wonderful source of profits with no risks to the drug companies since vaccine injuries are now recompensed by the government.
The steady escalation in the number of vaccines administered has been followed by an identical rise in the incidence of auto-immune diseases (rheumatoid arthritis, subacute lupus erythematosus, psoriasis, multiple sclerosis, asthma) seen in children. While there is a genetic transmission of some of these diseases many are probably due to the injury from foreign protein particles, mercury, aluminum, formaldehyde and other toxic agents injected in vaccines.
In 1999, the rotavirus vaccine was recommended by the Center for Disease Control for all infants. When this vaccine program was instituted several infants died and many had life endangering bowel obstructions. Prelicensure trials[15] of the rotavirus vaccine had demonstrated an increased incidence of intussusception 30 times greater than normal but the vaccine was released anyway without special warnings to practitioners to be on the lookout for bowel problems. Children's vaccines are often not studied for toxicity possibly because such study might eliminate them from being used.
A large study from Australia showed that the risk of developing encephalitis from the pertussis vaccine was 5 times greater than the risk of developing encephalitis by contacting pertussis by natural methods.
Naturally acquired immunity by illness evolves by spread of a virus from the respiratory tract to the liver, thymus, spleen, and bone marrow. When symptoms begin, the entire immune response has been mobilized to repel the invading virus. This complex immune system response creates antibodies that confer life long immunity against that invading virus and prepares the child to respond promptly to an infection by the same virus in the future.
Vaccination, in contrast, results in the persisting of live virus or other foreign antigens within the cells of the body, a situation that may provoke auto-immune reactions as the body attempts to destroy its own infected cells. There is no surprise that the incidence of auto-immune diseases (rheumatoid arthritis, subacute lupus erythematosus, multiple sclerosis, asthma, psoriasis) has risen sharply in this era of multiple vaccine immunization.
Vaccine Induced Type 1 Diabetes Mellitus
Dr. John Classen has published 29 articles on vaccine-induced[16] diabetes. At least 8 of 10 children with Type 1 (insulin needing) diabetes have this disease as a result of vaccination. These children may have avoided measles, mumps, and whooping cough but they have received something far worse: an illness that shortens life expectancy by 10 to 15 years and results in a life requiring constant medical care.
Dr. Classen has shown in Finland, the introduction of hemophilus type b vaccine caused three times as many cases of type 1 diabetes as the number of deaths and brain damage from hemophilus influenza type b it might have prevented.
In New Zealand, the incidence of Type 1 diabetes in children rose by 61 % after an aggressive vaccine program against hepatitis B.. This same program has been started in the U.S.A. so we can now look forward to many cases of Type 1 diabetes in children. Similar rises in Type 1 diabetes have been seen in England, Italy, Sweden, and Denmark after immunization programs against Hepatitis B.
Toxic Substances Are Needed To Make Vaccines.
Vaccines contain many toxic substances that are needed to prevent the vaccines from becoming infected or to improve the performance of the vaccine. Among these substances are mercury, formaldehyde and aluminum.[17]
In the past 10 years, the number of autistic children has risen from between 200 and 500 percent in every state in the U.S. This sharp rise in autism followed the introduction of measles, mumps and rubella vaccine in 1975.
Representative Dan Burton's healthy grandson was given injections for 9 diseases in one day. These injections were instantly followed by autism. These injections contain a preservative of mercury called thimerosal. The boy received 41 times the amount of mercury which is capable of harm to the body. Mercury is a neurotoxin that can injure the brain and nervous system. And tragically, it did.
In the United States the number of compulsory vaccine injections has increased from 10 to 36 in the last 25 years. During this period, there has been a simultaneous increase in the number of children suffering learning disabilities and attention deficit disorder. Some of these childhood disabilities are related to intrauterine cerebral damage from maternal cocaine use, but probably vaccines cause many of the others.
Many vaccines contain aluminum. A new disease called macrophagic myofasciitis causes pain in muscles, bones and joints. All persons with this disease have received aluminum containing vaccines. Deposits of aluminum are able to remain as an irritant in tissues and disturb the immune and nervous system for a lifetime.
Nearly all vaccines contain aluminum and mercury. These metals appear to play an important role in the etiology of Alzheimer's Disease. An expert at the 1997 International Vaccine Conference related that a person who takes 5 or more annual flu vaccine shots has increased the likelihood of developing Alzheimer's Disease by a factor of 10 over the person who has had 2 or fewer flu shots.
When we take vaccines we are playing a modern version of Russian Roulette. We not only get exposed to aluminum, mercury, formaldehyde and foreign cell proteins but we may get simian virus 40 and other dangerous viruses which can cause cancer, leukemia and other severe health problems because the vaccine pool is contaminated due to careless animal isolation techniques. Congress has protected the manufacturers from lawsuits, so dangerous vaccines simply increase profits at no risk to the drug companies.
U.S. children aged 2 months began receiving hepatitis B vaccine in December 2000.No peer-reviewed studies of the safety of hepatitis B in this age bracket had been done. Over 36,000 adverse reactions with 440 deaths were soon reported but the true incidence is much higher as reporting is voluntary so only approximately 10 % of adverse reactions get reported. This means that about 5000 infants are dying annually from the hepatitis B vaccine. The CDC's Chief of Epidemiology admits that the frequency of serious reactions to hepatitis B vaccine is10 times higher than other vaccines. Hepatitis B is transmitted sexually and by contaminated blood, so the incidence of this disease must be near zero in this age bracket. A vaccine expert, Dr. Philip Incao, states that "the conclusion is obvious that the risks[18] of hepatitis B vaccination far outweigh the benefits. Once a vaccine is mandated the vaccine manufacturer is no longer liable for adverse reactions.
Dr. W.B. Clarke's important observation that cancer was not found in unvaccinated individuals demands an explanation and one now appears forthcoming. All vaccines given over a short period of time to an immature immune system deplete the thymus gland (the primary gland involved in immune reactions) of irreplaceable immature immune cells. Each of these cells could have multiplied and developed into an army of valuable cells to combat infection and growth of abnormal cells. When these immune cells have been used up, permanent immunity may not appear. The Arthur Research Foundation in Tucson, Arizona estimates that up to 60 % of our immune system may be exhausted[19] by multiple mass vaccines (36 are now required for children). Only 10 % of immune cells are permanently lost when a child is permitted to develop natural immunity from disease. There needs to be grave concern about these immune system injuring vaccinations! Could the persons who approve these mass vaccinations know that they are impairing the health of these children, many of whom are being doomed to requiring much medical care in the future?
Compelling evidence is available that the development of the immune system after contracting the usual childhood diseases matures and renders it capable to fight infection and malignant cells in the future.
The use of multiple vaccines, which prevents natural immunity, promotes the development of allergies and asthma. A New Zealand study disclosed that 23 % of vaccinated children develop asthma , as compared to zero in unvaccinated children.
Cancer was a very rare illness in the 1890's. This evidence about immune system injury from vaccinating affords a plausible explanation for Dr. Clarke's finding that only vaccinated individuals got cancer. Some radical adverse change in health occurred in the early 1900s to permit cancer to explode and vaccinating appears to be the reason.
Vaccines are an unnatural phenomena. My guess is that if enough persons said no to immunizations there would be a striking improvement in general health with nature back in the immunizing business instead of man. Having a child vaccinated should be a choice not a requirement. Medical and religious exemptions are permitted by most states.
When governmental policies require vaccinations before children enter schools coercion has overruled the lack of evidence of vaccine efficacy and safety. There is no proof that vaccines work and they are never studied for safety before release. My opinion is that there is overwhelming evidence that vaccines are dangerous and the only reason for their existence is to increase profits of pharmaceutical firms.
If you are forced to immunize your children so they can enter school, obtain a notarized statement from the director of the facility that they will accept full financial responsibility for any adverse reaction from the vaccine. Since there is at least a 2 percent risk of a serious adverse reaction they may be smart enough to permit your child to escape a dangerous procedure. Recent legislation passed by Congress gives the government the power to imprison persons refusing to take vaccines (smallpox, anthrax, etc). This would be troublesome to enforce if large numbers of citizens declined to be vaccinated at the same time.

HR 3200 is an evil nightmare. I was able to locate a PDF version of HR 3200 (http://frwebgate.access.gpo.gov/cgi-bin/getdoc.cgi?dbname=111_cong_bills&docid=f:h3200ih.txt.pdf) to verify much of the information contained below. I could not verify all the information, mainly because some of the citations were written to cryptic for me. One of the items I noticed but not covered below is that if one claims religious exemption, the government will determine if your claim has merits according to the tenets of your religion.
Following the mad recommendations of Peter Singer made in NYT's Sunday magazine, it pays to take a look at what is actually in the healthcare bill.
It's worse than you can possibly imagine. Somehow, it manages to be Singer on steroids. Who wrote this bill. It has Singer's footprints all over it. [Singer is an Australian philosopher who is having much influence but his ideas would, indeed, be considered ‘mad’ by most: animal rights over human rights, euthanasia, to name a few.]

Regardless of your position on abortion, please read this with an open mind…The US Govt has never PAID for abortions—until this bill. The govt ALLOWS abortions, but doesn’t PAY for them—not directly. (Planned Parenthood gets money, yes.) It’s true that the US Govt pays for abortions internationally, again, with the Mexico policy change this year. BUT UNTIL NOW THE US HAS NEVER FUNDED ABORTIONS IN THE US .

SUNDAY, July 26 -- National Level Exercise 2009 (NLE 09) will be the largest terror drill yet conducted under the Obama administration. Briefly stated, NLE 09 will place thousands of US and foreign troops across the nation, with a scripted mission to prevent a terror attack in the U.S. in the wake of a terrorist attack abroad. While the official version of events to come is innocuous, public affairs and public information officials with FEMA, Homeland Security and the military have refused to answer reporters' questions, or even to return calls. This stonewalling is an indicator of an exercise that may be a clever way of pre-positioning of coercive power to implement martial law, then arrest and incarcerate political dissidents:

After the departure of George W. Bush, we hoped that Barack Hussein Obama would dismantle the post-9/11 Homeland Regime in the United States and the Global War on Terror abroad. To our dismay, though, 44 seems very much like 43 in his domestic secrecy and foreign bellicosity. It has been a case of "meet the new boss, same as the old boss." Most dismaying of all has been Obama's unwillingness to re-examine 9/11.
The Bush administration never wanted to investigate 9/11. The 9/11 Commissioners admitted that their proceedings had been sabotaged and intimidated by the Bush White House. Hundreds of military officers, among them the former head of Army Intelligence, Major General Albert Stubblebine, have called 9/11 "an inside job." If so, it would hardly be a novelty. Operation Northwoods, drawn up by the Joint Chiefs of Staff in 1962, was designed to provoke the American people into a war with Castro's Cuba:

Given the willingness of the U.S. government to carry out "false flag" attacks against U.S. citizens, no one should be surprised that a growing number of us believe the 9/11 attacks were designed and carried out by U.S. planners to provoke the American people into Mideast wars. If it were otherwise, the government would conduct a thorough investigation of 9/11 -- without obstruction and intimidation.
Since Obama will not look into 9/11, he must contend with a country will do so without him. As with the former USSR, the current USA is discovering that its government is criminal, and can't continue as it is another 9/11-style false flag attack. Accordingly, a growing number of false flag Internet researchers have begun to alert the public to this set-up "9/11-2B," especially before terror exercises like NLE 09.
Major terror exercises were ongoing when the 9/11/2001 U.S. attacks and the 7/7/2005 U.K. attacks occurred. The damning truth is that both nations' terror exercises were scripted for the very events that occurred. They weren't terror exercises, and they were terror operations disguised as exercises.

Washington, D.C. has been busy with terror drills. Wednesday, in the early morning, they received the same NORAD midnight maneuvers that Chicago had received 24 hours earlier. They had the same amount of advance warning: almost none. On June 22 NORAD was participating in Ardent Sentry, a terror exercise simulating train derailments. On that very day, the Air Guard general in charge of D.C. Air defenses on 9/11 died in a freak D.C. train derailment. On June 10 NORAD conducted mid-day exercises in downtown Washington D.C. The Holocaust Museum shootings occurred in the middle of those exercises. CNN slammed Ghost Troop for asking questions about what happened.

Soldier's case against Obama to be class-action?

A case brought by a military officer whose order to deploy to Afghanistan was revoked now has been refiled in a federal court in Florida, and it raises the specter of a class action claim among members of the military that their orders aren't valid because of Barack Obama's ineligibility to be president.
The possibility already had been raised by WND columnist Vox Day, who wrote, "Not only every deployment order, but every order issued from an officer in the line of command can now be challenged in the knowledge that the top brass are afraid to respond for fear that their commander could be exposed for a fraud."
His comments came after the military, in its attempt to resolve the questions raised by Maj. Stefan Cook in his original claim, simply revoked his orders to deploy. As a result, a federal judge in Georgia dismissed his case. It now has been refiled in Florida, where he lives.
"The Pentagon's decision to back down rather than risk exposing Obama's birth records to the public means that every single American soldier, sailor, pilot and Marine now holds a 'get out of war free' card," Day wrote.
Now that scenario has been raised again in the new claim.
"It was already obvious that this case had and still has the potential to be converted into a class action on behalf of all military servicemen and women who require the means of establishing the legality of their orders with certainty," the document states.
Cook said he hopes the case can be resolved soon.
"And based on the merits of the arguments – not on the basis of procedural grounds," he said. "My expectations are that I shall ultimately be vindicated through either this injunction filed in Florida or through the case filed in California. I passionately want to restore faith in both the Constitution of the United States of America as well as its government."
The complaint was filed by attorney Orly Taitz on behalf of Cook in the U.S. District Courtfor the middle district of Florida.

It seeks damages and a declaratory judgment. Named as defendants are Simtech, Cook's former civilian employer, and several officials, including Col. Louis B. Wingate and Secretary of Defense Robert Gates.
WND previously reported a judge in Georgia dismissed Cook's case when the government suddenly revoked his orders to report to Ft. Benning for deployment to Afghanistan.
WND reported when the case originally was filed that Cook's concern was that without proof that there is a legitimate commander-in-chief, the entire U.S. Army becomes "merely a corps of chattel slaves under the illegitimate control of a private citizen."

Cook told WND he's ready, willing and able to carry out the military needs of the United States, but he raised the challenge to Obama's eligibility to be president because if he would be captured by enemy forces while serving overseas under the orders of an illegitimate president, he could be considered a "war criminal."
"As an officer in the armed forces of the United States, it is [my] duty to gain clarification on any order we may believe illegal. With that said, if President Obama is found not to be a 'natural-born citizen,' he is not eligible to be commander-in-chief," he told WND only hours after the original case was filed.
"[Then] any order coming out of the presidency or his chain of command is illegal. Should I deploy, I would essentially be following an illegal [order]. If I happened to be captured by the enemy in a foreign land, I would not be privy to the Geneva Convention protections," he said.
Cook said without a legitimate president as commander-in-chief, members of the U.S. military in overseas actions could be determined to be "war criminals and subject to prosecution."
He said the vast array of information about Obama that is not available to the public confirms to him that "something is amiss."
"What I want to do is deploy to Afghanistan, do my job as an Army officer, engineer. I do not want to subject myself to the possibility that I might be violating the [Uniform Code of Military Justice]," Cook told WND.

"Others may cynically ridicule this plaintiff when, as an officer responsible not only to obey those above him but to protect those under his command, he comes to this court asking for the right to establish the legality of orders received not only for his own protection, but for the protection of all enlisted men and women who depend on HIS judgment that the orders he follows are legal," according to the original complaint. "Above all, when Plaintiff Major Stefan Frederick Cook submits and contends that he files and will prosecute this lawsuit and seeks an injunction or temporary restraining order against the enforcement of potentially illegal orders for the benefit of all servicemen and women and for the benefit of all officers in all branches of the U.S. military, he knows that those in power illegitimately may seek to injure his career. He knows that he risks all and he does so in the conscientious belief that he does so for not merely his own, but the general good."
Cook said the action was filed to "clarify how he can both obey all lawful orders and avoid dereliction of his duties so as to escape court-martial under the UCMJ if he does NOT question the legality of the orders he has received."
The new complaint says it seeks Cook's reinstatement with his civilian employer, Simtech Inc., as well as protection from the Department of Defense and president "from further retaliation for plaintiff's challenge to the president's constitutional authority."
"Plaintiff Maj. Stefan Frederick Cook submits and contends that he had an absolute and unassailable obligation to question the legality of his deployment orders," the new filing explains. "And, for this reason, and this reason alone, because he obeyed his oath and moral conscience, he was terminated from employment.
"Under the 1st and 9th Amendments, because Cook's termination was a direct result of his questioning the legality of the chain of command underlying his deployment orders (Cook took a military oath to question all orders if he believes those orders might be unlawful) and actually questioned those orders, the DOD and DSS threatened Cook's employer SIMTECH acting by and through to fire him which amounts to coercion to commit the crime of extortion on the part of the Department of Defense and the Defense Security ServicesAgency," the document alleges.
"The threats … made to Cook's employer to force his employer to terminate Cook, rise to the level of extortion. … Circumstances suggest almost conclusively that the DSS told Larry Grice and SIMTECH that if they did not immediately terminate Cook, Simtech‘s status as a government contractor would go the way of Cook's career in the Army," the complaint states.
The action explains the military's decision to revoke Cook's orders "did not in any way, shape or form moot the application … in that the new order revoking prior orders to active duty was apparently subject to all the same objections and defects in the chain of command."
"The simple and plainly apparent truth is that, by revoking his orders the Department of Defense attempted in Georgia and for that one moment at least successfully evaded review of the two underlying constitutional issues, namely (1) the lawful status and constitutional validity of any chain of command starting with an unconstitutional president, and (2) the legal and constitutional avenues open to an officer to comply with his oath to obey only lawful orders by challenging their lawful status," the complaint states.
It also suggests the military's action possibly violated various whistleblower protection acts.
It cited the likelihood of more soldiers following Cook's example.
"The certification of a class action will be sought in the complaint to be filed herein," it continued.
"An officer does not swear to obey the orders of the president. Rather, he assumes the obligation to defend the Constitution against all enemies, foreign and domestic. Plaintiff Stefan Frederick Cook asks this court to declare and adjudge that it is lawful, right and proper and in fact mandated by his oath that an officer, pursuant to his oath to defend against all enemies, foreign and domestic, should challenge the chain of command against, if evidence exists to support a reasonable suspicion in the officers mind, a possible presidential usurper."
It also asks the court to "declare and adjudge that if it were shown by clear-and-convincing evidence that a person took the office under false pretenses of constitutional qualifications, such person is a domestic enemy, and constitutes a clear and present danger as an enemy to the constitution and laws of the United States of America."
It cites the founding fathers, who, the document said, "had the foresight to protect and secure against a situation such as that now facing the United States. "
Columnist Day wrote the military backed off immediately in Cook's case, "suggesting that the Pentagon generals are not entirely confident that they can demonstrate the legitimacy of their purported commander in chief."
He said that under the precedent set by the military, any number of "sea and barracks lawyers" now could challenge orders.
"If even a small number of soldiers elect to do so, the effect on military discipline could rapidly become catastrophic," he wrote.
"It is hard to comprehend why Obama has been so obsessively secretive about his personal records, but it is now time for him to call off his lawyers and show the American public his cards. It would be the height of irresponsibility for the commander in chief of the U.S. armed forces to be the source of destroying American military discipline," Day wrote.
WND has reported on dozens of legal challenges to Obama's status as a "natural born citizen." The Constitution, Article 2, Section 1, states, "No Person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President."
Some of the lawsuits question whether he was actually born in Hawaii, as he insists. If he was born out of the country, Obama's American mother, the suits contend, was too young at the time of his birth to confer American citizenship to her son under the law at the time.
Other challenges have focused on Obama's citizenship through his father, a Kenyan subject to the jurisdiction of the United Kingdom at the time of his birth, thus making him a dual citizen. The cases contend the framers of the Constitution excluded dual citizens from qualifying as natural born.
Complicating the situation is Obama's decision to spend sums estimated in the hundreds of thousands of dollars to avoid releasing a state birth certificate that would put to rest all of the questions.
The question over Obama's eligibility now also is being raised on billboards nationwide.

The billboard campaign follows an ongoing petition campaign launched several months ago by WND Editor and Chief Executive Officer Joseph Farah.
The billboards are intended to raise public awareness of the fact that Obama has never released the standard "long-form" birth certificate that would show which hospital he was born in, the attending physician and establish that he truly was born in Hawaii, as his autobiography maintains.

Senate Bill SB-2099 will require us to put on our 2009 1040 federal tax form all guns that you have or own. It may
require fingerprints and a tax of $50 per gun. The bill was introduced on Feb. 24th and will become public knowledge 30 days after it is voted into law.. This is an amendment to the Internal Revenue Act of 1986. This means that the Finance Committee can pass this without the Senate voting on it at all..

I checked this out on "truth or fiction" and it is true, but the proposal was withdrawn after Senator Akaka, democratic chairman of the veteran affairs committee refused to let it out of the committee. The president then withdrew the plan.

Bad press, including major mockery of the plan by comedian Jon Stewart, led to President Obama abandoning his proposal to require veterans carry private health insurance to cover the estimated $540 million annual cost to the federal government of treatment for injuries to military personnel received during their tours on active duty. The President admitted that he was puzzled by the magnitude of the opposition to his proposal.
"Look, it's an all volunteer force," Obama complained.. "Nobody made these guys go to war. They had to have known and accepted the risks. Now they whine about bearing the costs of their choice? It doesn't compute... "I thought these were people who were proud to sacrifice for their country," Obama continued. "I wasn't asking for blood, just money. With the country facing the worst financial crisis in its history, I'd have thought that the patriotic thing to do would be to try to help reduce the nation's deficit. I guess I underestimated the selfishness of some of my fellow Americans."

Fed's Inspector General Elizabeth Coleman Missing Trillions of Taxpayers' Dollars

Elizabeth Coleman is the inspector general of the Federal Reserve of the United States, commonly referred to as the Fed. This is the little-understood institution which prints and regulates all U.S. money. As inspector general, the Federal Reserve website states Elizabeth Coleman is "responsible for preventing and detecting waste, fraud, and abuse." Yet in eye-opening, videotaped Congressional testimony, Fed Inspector General Coleman acknowledged that she can't account for many trillions – yes trillions – of dollars of taxpayers' money.
Do you know how much one trillion dollars is? It's over $3,000 for every man, woman, and child in the U.S. If you only count taxpayers, it's equivalent to $7,000 for every taxpayer. Yet Coleman acknowledges the Fed is not missing just $1 trillion, but many trillions of taxpayers' dollars. In the video clip she says she knows nothing about nine trillion dollars ($9,000,000,000,000) that is claimed to be unaccounted for. That's $63,000 for each taxpayer. It's also three times the amount of the entire annual federal budget of the United States missing in action! These numbers are simply staggering, yet they are getting amazingly little media coverage.
There are many other problems with the Federal Reserve, which by the way, is not really federal nor a true reserve. Members of the Fed's board of governors are appointed by the president, yet during their 14-year terms the U.S. president and Congress have no power over them. Bombshell: Orders Revoked for Soldier Callenging Prez

Major victory for Army warrior questioning Obama's birthplace
A U.S. Army Reserve major from Florida scheduled to report for deployment to Afghanistan within days has had his military orders revoked after arguing he should not be required to serve under a president who has not proven his eligibility for office.
His attorney, Orly Taitz, confirmed to WND the military has rescinded his impending deployment orders.
"We won! We won before we even arrived," she said with excitement. "It means that the military has nothing to show for Obama. It means that the military has directly responded by saying Obama is illegitimate – and they cannot fight it. Therefore, they are revoking the order!"
She continued, "They just said, 'Order revoked.' No explanation. No reasons – just revoked."
A hearing on the questions raised by Maj. Stefan Frederick Cook, an engineer who told WND he wants to serve his country in Afghanistan, was scheduled for July 16 at 9:30 a.m.

"As an officer in the armed forces of the United States, it is [my] duty to gain clarification on any order we may believe illegal. With that said, if President Obama is found not to be a 'natural-born citizen,' he is not eligible to be commander-in-chief," he told WND only hours after the case was filed.
"[Then] any order coming out of the presidency or his chain of command is illegal. Should I deploy, I would essentially be following an illegal [order]. If I happened to be captured by the enemy in a foreign land, I would not be privy to the Geneva Convention protections," he said.
The order for the hearing in the federal court for the Middle District of Georgia from U.S. District Judge Clay D. Land said the hearing on the request for a temporary restraining order would be held Thursday.

Cook said without a legitimate president as commander-in-chief, members of the U.S. military in overseas actions could be determined to be "war criminals and subject to prosecution."
He said the vast array of information about Obama that is not available to the public confirms to him "something is amiss."
"That and the fact the individual who is occupying the White House has not been entirely truthful with anybody," he said. "Every time anyone has made an inquiry, it has been either cast aside, it has been maligned, it has been laughed at or just dismissed summarily without further investigation.
"You know what. It would be so simple to solve. Just produce the long-form document, certificate of live birth," he said.
Cook said he was scheduled to report for duty tomorrow, on July 15, to deploy to Afghanistan as part of President Obama's plan to increase pressure of insurgent forces there.
He told WND he would be prepared for a backlash against him as a military officer, since members of the military swear to uphold and follow their orders. However, he noted that following an illegal order would be just as bad as failing to follow a legal order.
Before news of the orders being revoked were reported, MSNBC anchor Keith Olbermann tonight called Cook a "jackass" and Taitz a "conwoman," as he labeled both of them the "worst persons in the world." He flayed the soldier as "an embarrassment to all those who have served without cowardice."
Named as defendants in the case are Col. Wanda Good, Col. Thomas Macdonald, Secretary of Defense Robert Gates and Obama, described as "de facto president of the United States."
According to the court filing, Cook affirmed when he joined the military, he took the following oath: "I, Stefan Frederick Cook, do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; and that I will obey the orders of the president of the United States and the orders of the officers appointed over me, according to the regulations and the Uniform Code of Military Justice. So help me God."
According to the claim, "Plaintiff submits that it is implicit though not expressly stated that an officer is and should be subject to court-martial, because he will be derelict in the performance of his duties, if he does not inquire as to the lawfulness, the legality, the legitimacy of the orders which he has received, whether those orders are specific or general."
The military courts offer no option for raising the question, so he turned to civilian courts to consider "a question of paramount constitutional and legal importance: the validity of the chain of command under a president whose election, eligibility, and constitutional status appear open to serious question."
"Barack Hussein Obama, in order to prove his constitutional eligibility to serve as president, basically needs only produce a single unique historical document for the Plaintiff’s inspection and authentication: namely, the 'long-form' birth certificate which will confirm whether Barack Hussein Obama was in fact born to parents who were both citizens of the United States in Honolulu, Hawaii, in or about 1961," explains the complaint.
Taitz said she will attend the hearing to amend the temporary restraining order to an injunction because more members of the military have joined the cause.
"We are going to be asking for release of Obama's records because now this completely undermines the military. It revoked this order, but it can come up with another order tomorrow. It can come up with orders for other people," she said. "Am I going to be flying around the country 1,000 times and paying the fees every time they issue an order?"
Taitz said the issue "must be resolved immediately," and she will continue working to ensure Obama proves he is eligible for office.
"We're going to be asking the judge to issue an order for Obama to provide his vital records to show he is legitimately president," she said. "We're going to say, we have orders every day, and we'll have revocations every day. This issue has to be decided."
She said there cannot be any harm to the president if he is legitimately holding office.
"If he is legitimate, then his vital records will prove it," Taitz said. "If he is illegitimate, then he should not have been there in the first place."
Asked what this decision means for every other serviceman who objects to deployment under a president who has not proven he is eligible for office, Taitz responded:
"Now, we can have each and every member of the military – each and every enlistee and officer – file something similar saying 'I will not take orders until Obama is legitimately vetted.'"
Multiple questions have been raised about what that would mean to the 2008 election, to the orders and laws Obama has signed and other issues, including whether he then is a valid commander-in-chief of the military.
The mystery letter

Obama has maintained he was born in Hawaii, and at least one hospital, Honolulu's Kapi'olani Medical Center for Women and Children, claims it received a letter from the president declaring his birth there.
As WND reported, White House Press Secretary Robert Gibbs refused to confirm that the letter which was used by the hospital to solicit donations is, in fact, a real correspondence.
When WND exposed doubts about the authenticity of the letter because it was created with HTML computer code and had no presidential or White House seal, the hospital which for nearly six months proudly declared Obama was born at its facility commenced an active cover-up, hiding that White House letter from its original webpage and refusing to confirm such a letter actually exists.
WND also reported that just within the last week, at least two reports have cited Obama's birth in Kenya. Wikipedia also was found to have been reporting on Obama's birth in Kenya, before a series of scrubs placed his birth in Honolulu.
And that came on the heels of several online information sites changing the president's supposed birthplace from one hospital in Hawaii to another, after WND broke the news of the letter said to be from the White House.
Barack Obama states in this purported letter from him on what appears to be White House stationery that he was born at the Kapi'olani Medical Center for Women and Children in Honolulu. The letter was posted by the medical center for nearly six months on its website and used for fundraising before electronically hidden once WND disclosed it was not an actual paper letter, but merely HTML coding. The hospital and White House now refuse to confirm that a real document even exists.
The question over Obama's eligibility now also is being raised on billboards nationwide.

The billboard campaign follows an ongoing petition campaign launched several months ago by WND Editor and Chief Executive Officer Joseph Farah.
The billboards are intended to raise public awareness of the fact that Obama has never released the standard "long-form" birth certificate that would show which hospital he was born in, the attending physician and establish that he truly was born in Hawaii, as his autobiography maintains.

WND has reported on dozens of legal challenges to Obama's status as a "natural born citizen." The Constitution, Article 2, Section 1, states, "No Person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President."
Some of the lawsuits question whether he was actually born in Hawaii, as he insists. If he was born out of the country, Obama's American mother, the suits contend, was too young at the time of his birth to confer American citizenship to her son under the law at the time.
Other challenges have focused on Obama's citizenship through his father, a Kenyan subject to the jurisdiction of the United Kingdom at the time of his birth, thus making him a dual citizen. The cases contend the framers of the Constitution excluded dual citizens from qualifying as natural born.
Complicating the situation is Obama's decision to spend sums estimated in the hundreds of thousands of dollars to avoid releasing a state birth certificate that would put to rest all of the questions.
The "Certification of Live Birth" posted online and widely touted as "Obama's birth certificate" does not in any way prove he was born in Hawaii, since the same "short-form" document is easily obtainable for children not born in Hawaii. The true "long-form" birth certificate – which includes information such as the name of the birth hospital and attending physician – is the only document that can prove Obama was born in Hawaii, but to date he has not permitted its release for public or press scrutiny.
Oddly, though congressional hearings were held to determine whether Sen. John McCain was constitutionally eligible to be president as a "natural born citizen," no controlling legal authority ever sought to verify Obama's claim to a Hawaiian birth.
Although Obama officials have told WND all such allegations are "garbage," here is a partial listing and status update for some of the cases over Obama's eligibility:
New Jersey attorney Mario Apuzzo has filed a case on behalf of Charles Kerchner and others alleging Congress didn't properly ascertain that Obama is qualified to hold the office of president.
Pennsylvania Democrat Philip Berg has three cases pending, including Berg vs. Obama in the 3rd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals, a separate Berg vs. Obama case alleging he wasn't qualified even to be U.S. senator and Hollister vs. Soetoro a/k/a Obama, (now dismissed) brought on behalf of a retired military member who could be facing recall to active duty by Obama.
Leo Donofrio of New Jersey filed a lawsuit claiming Obama's dual citizenship disqualified him from serving as president. His case was considered in conference by the U.S. Supreme Court but denied a full hearing.
Cort Wrotnowski filed suit against Connecticut's secretary of state, making a similar argument to Donofrio. His case was considered in conference by the U.S. Supreme Court, but was denied a full hearing.
Former presidential candidate Alan Keyes headlines a list of people filing a suit in California, in a case handled by the United States Justice Foundation, that asks the secretary of state to refuse to allow the state's 55 Electoral College votes to be cast in the 2008 presidential election until Obama verifies his eligibility to hold the office. The case is pending, and lawyers are seeking the public's support.
Chicago lawyer Andy Martin sought legal action requiring Hawaii Gov. Linda Lingle to release Obama's vital statistics record. The case was dismissed by Hawaii Circuit Court Judge Bert Ayabe.
Lt. Col. Donald Sullivan sought a temporary restraining order to stop the Electoral College vote in North Carolina until Barack Obama's eligibility could be confirmed, alleging doubt about Obama's citizenship. His case was denied.
In Ohio, David M. Neal sued to force the secretary of state to request documents from the Federal Elections Commission, the Democratic National Committee, the Ohio Democratic Party and Obama to show the presidential candidate was born in Hawaii. The case was denied.
Also in Ohio, there was the Greenberg v. Brunner case which ended when the judge threatened to assess all case costs against the plaintiff.
In Washington state, Steven Marquis sued the secretary of state seeking a determination on Obama's citizenship. The case was denied.
In Georgia, Rev. Tom Terry asked the state Supreme Court to authenticate Obama's birth certificate. His request for an injunction against Georgia's secretary of state was denied by Georgia Superior Court Judge Jerry W. Baxter.
California attorney Orly Taitz has brought a case, Lightfoot vs. Bowen, on behalf of Gail Lightfoot, the vice presidential candidate on the ballot with Ron Paul, four electors and two registered voters. She also has brought forward several other cases and has conducted several public campaigns to generate awareness of the issue.
In Texas, Darrel Hunter vs. Obama later was dismissed.
In Ohio, Gordon Stamper vs. U.S. later was dismissed.
In Texas, Brockhausen vs. Andrade.

An Interesting Sequence of Events

It's been planned and has begun
You and your family better prepare yourselves. It has all been pre-planned and the plan has now begun.
Every once in awhile, those of us who watch the big picture and report to you that government is planning something REALLY bad, are vindicated. Such is the case right now.
In October, 2007, the sub-prime mortgage crisis hit. Millions of illegal aliens and others who had lied about their ability to repay loans had defaulted and those defaults were taking out the banks.
Credit dried up, a number of banks failed. The economy began to tank and companies started taking losses and laying off workers. There were storm clouds on the financial horizon and everyone knew it.
What none of us even considered was that if a whole slew of those defaulters "died" mortgage insurance and Credit Default Swaps could cover the bad mortgages. The bankers realized they would get their money back so. . . . . . . the rich guys started looking for a way to kill off a whole slew of the bad debtors? They didn't have far too look.
Scientist Suggests Killing 90% of world population with bio-weapon
A top scientist gave a speech to the Texas Academy of Science in March 2006 in which he advocated the need to exterminate 90% of the population20through the airborne ebola virus. Dr. Eric R. Pianka's chilling comments were received with thunderous applause by his fellow scientists. The enthusiastic reception underscore the elite's agenda to enact horrifying measures of population control. His reasons didn't match those of the bankers, but the end result would fit nicely. Ebola would be too obvious, but bio-weapons seemed to fit what the rich needed so apparently someone decided to start looking into it.
At some point in 2007, they decided on a plan of action to kill off lots of us. Want proof?
Your Coffins Were Ordered
In January, 2008, news broke that the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) had ordered one million plastic burial vaults that can hold 6 bodies each, and that an Alabama company had begun manufacturing them. Folks laughed at guys like me when we reported such news. They called us "conspiracy nuts."
About six or seven months later, in July, 2008 news broke about 500,000 "burial vaults" sitting in an open field in Georgia. Folks heard about them HERE and got to see them via Google Satellite maps like this: (use the + inside the image to zoom-in)

Still unconvinced, the skeptical then got to see actual video of the coffins as shown below:
We who were previously derided as Conspiracy Nuts were again berated as "wearing tin foil hats" worried about something that was "probably nothing worse than our government preparing for a disaster." Yea. Right.
Many of us knew something was up and whatever it was meant a lot of dead people.
FEMA tells counties, "prepare"
In December, 2008, a county official in northwestern Indiana revealed ( during a radio show Here) that During the legally mandated meetings held with FEMA and the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), different disaster scenarios were reveled to county officials:
They were told if industry were to collapse, for example GM going bankrupt (what a coincidence) resulting in mass unemployment, a depression would soon follow and municipalities could expect to loose 40% of their funds.
Every county in the nation would be required to prepare a "Hazard Mitigation Plan."
The county should prepare a plan to vaccinate the entire population within 48 hours and practice the plan several times.
FEM A inquired to where mass graves could be placed in the county and would they accept bodies from elsewhere.
The sheriff?s department via the state sheriff association was told that no .223 ammunition rounds would be available as the military would be purchasing all stocks.
The county was asked to make plans for ?hardening? of police and fire stations, putting in hardened bunker type buildings around town.
The county was asked to make plans for the possibility of up to 400,000 refugees from Chicago.
The super wealthy were told what was planned!
In February, 2009 something really odd and very ominous broke in the news: Panasonic Corporation issued orders to all its top executives outside of Japan to sell their homes and make certain they moved themselves and their families back to Japan not later than the end of September, 2009.
The story was reported by Bloomberg Business news specifically mentions Panasonic feared the outbreak of "new flu strains." ( HERE)
Many of us wondered how the hell Panasonic could know about new flu outbreaks to occur 6 months later?
Cemeteries begin digging mass graves
In March, 2009, news broke in several areas of the USA revealing government cemeteries - many of them=2 0military - had suddenly begun preparing mass graves. Acres and acres of mass graves, complete with cement vaults designed to hold multiple plastic coffins and accommodate hundreds of thousands of dead in each cemetery.
Again, the nay-Sayers laughed. . . . . until we got pictures and video of one mass grave being built (Below)
On April 13, 2009, just three days before Barak Obama's official state visit, a "flu outbreak" struck Mexico City with a vengeance. The first case was seen in Mexico on April 13. The outbreak coincided with the President Barack Obama's trip to Mexico City on April 16. Obama was received at Mexico?s anthropology museum in Mexico City by Felipe Solis, a distinguished archeologist. . . . . who died the following day from symptoms similar to flu.
On April 22, CNN reported that viruses from the U.S. Army Bioweapons Lab at Fort Detrick, MD had gone missing. What type of viruses? Flu!
Later that same day the trouble in Mexico had grown. 1,000 flu cases had been reported in Mexico City and 60 people had already died. Thats a 6% mortality rate. Remember that number: SIX PERCENT.
ONE DAY LATER, by April 23, the outbreak had infected up to 2300 people in Mexico City, had spread to Los Angeles and, in a dramatic turn20of events, 75 school kids in a New York City Catholic Prep School, 2500 miles away from Los Angeles, suddenly took ill with flu-like symptoms.
In the meantime, the financial condition of the country and the world has almost collapsed. Over the course of the last year, the super rich have literally robbed billions of dollars and pretty much gotten away with it. Bear Stearns is dead. Lehman Brothers is dead. Merrill Lynch was sold to Bank of America (BofA) and now we hear the US Treasury Secretary extorted BofA into that deal and ordered BofA executives to conceal to shareholders they would be ripped off covering billions in Merrill Lynch losses. Almost none of these powerful people is being prosecuted and now. . . . . . . . . "the flu" is going to take out a whole slew of us "common people."
No ammunition to fight them
Of course, they knew we might get uppity about this if we figured it out, which is why, for the last 9 months, there has strangely been a shortage of ammunition. Without bullets who can fight back?
Noah's Ark of sorts
Over the past few years, many of you wondered aloud why our government was quietly bringing in savages from places like Somalia into our advanced civilization. The issue reared its head when "Somali lost boys" raped women in the cities where they had been resettled.
Next, hordes of Hmong were being brought into the middle of our nation. This broke news when a Hmong murdered 6 US Hunters in Wisconsin.
Of course, the Chinese have been coming in droves and the Mexicans and South Americans have swarmed while our government looked the other way.
They want the USA and other advanced majority-White nations to be a like little "Noah's Arks" because they know the home countries of these savages will be totally wiped out by their plans.
This will be Genocide on a scale never before seen or imagined by sane people; but just a book keeping entry for the insurance companies and bankers.
Mortality Rate
Earlier, I asked you to bear in mind the initial mortality rate of this new flu: 6%.
The worst flu pandemic to strike the planet took place from 1918-1920 and it was known as "The Spanish Flu." It killed a minimum of 20 million, but probably (according to Wikipedia) 100 million ( See Wikipedia story here) It's mortality rate was two point five percent (2.5%) This new flu has already shown at least a six percent death rate.
Our planet has abut 6 billion people on it. If 50% of the planet gets this new flu as happened with the 1918-1920 outbreak, that translates into 3 Billion infected this time. 6% of 3 billion is at least 180 Million dead in the civilized nations of the world, and five times that number in the other parts of the planet. That could total about one billion dead.
This series of events was no coincidence and it was no accident. It was carefully planned for years and perfectly executed except for one tiny detail: I just figured it out.
Recapping
FEMA ordered caskets over a year ago. DHS and FEMA began telling counties to plan for mass graves months ago. Panasonic knew that new strains of flu would strike and ordered their top people home. The military has been buying up all the ammunition. The bankers and stock guys have brazenly robbed as much as they can as fast as they can. The government admits flu virus was "lost" from its bio-weapons lab and the world is suddenly seeing an outbreak of a new, highly contagious and very deadly flu.
Guess what folks? The only item left to be done is for a whole slew of us little folks to die.
This was a plot by our own government and the super rich to literally kill us. We cannot let them get away with it.
Our government is guilty, Wall Street is guilty, the bankers are guilty and it is time they pay for what they have done and are doing.
